Xunmei Riverside Hotel

Having lived in many high-end homestays, this is the first time to give a bad review. I searched the entire Ctrip and found a homestay that was very appetizing according to the store's introduction, with scenery, facilities, services, etc., of course, the price is not cheap. This is the most expensive homestay in the whole town. After tossing for a night to find a nearby nucleic acid test to check in (of course, there is nothing to say about the cause of the epidemic). 1. Heating problem. At night of 3 or 4 degrees, it is very cold near the river and the mountains. The heating in the room for nearly 800 yuan a night can’t wait for a long time. This room is as cold as ice. After the final feedback, he said that he would have to wait for the heating downstairs to turn on together. Okay, I added a quilt, and it slowly warmed up after more than an hour. In the end, I didn't know if the quilt was thick enough or if the heating finally came on. 2. There is no hot water to take a bath, and the hot water has no temperature at all. After the feedback, the store came to see it and left without saying anything. Sent a message and asked to wait for the temperature to rise. During the period, there was no feedback about the water temperature and heating. After waiting for nearly an hour, I tried the water temperature to be completely cold, and sent a message to ask that they are also trying to solve it 🙂, and the heating temperature also came up ( not at all). Finally got up the next day and washed before leaving. 3. There are black lumps on the sheets and quilt. I don't know if it is wool or some black dots. The ground is also dirty. 4. The river view and the bridge view are completely blocked by two big willow trees by the river. I came here from the reviews saying that the view from the room is good. It is estimated that only the highest and best rooms on the third floor can see it. (Oh, the store gave us a free upgrade of the room level, which is grateful, although the scenery is not visible.) If you want to see the scenery, please avoid lightning. Many accommodation along the river are better than this and much cheaper. 5. The service attitude of the store is really indifferent. Questions need to be asked before they can get feedback. The good thing is that the room is big enough 🙂 The coffee shop downstairs is nice. In general, I was looking forward to the entire ancient city and homestay before coming, which affected my mood for the day. Nearly 800 rooms ended up being just a room with a place to live and a well-decorated room. The price/performance ratio is huge, there is no outstanding place, and the basic comfort cannot be achieved. Not worth it, lightning.

一進循美的大門就聞到一股煙味，客人無法在這裏休息，房間設施陳舊，毛巾發黃，浴室地板有污漬。酒店旁邊有家卡啦OK，晚上吵到11點。前台的管家姐姐服務態度還是不錯的，但是這家的早餐簡直比學校飯堂還差！兩張大圓桌上放着一盤西瓜（看着都不衞生），每人衹有一衹雞蛋和幾塊粗糧，一碗米粉。客人衹能擠在一起吃早餐！我投訴了一次，得到的答案是：“以前客人也投訴過，老闆覺得這樣已經很好了”。收1600元一晚的房費，就這樣的水平實在是太坑了！差評！

衞生：比較乾淨 環境：在古鎮一頭，靠近青龍洞，相對古鎮中心位置更安靜，陽台就可以看見古鎮風貌，酒店下面就是咖啡廳，旁邊有兩個小酒吧 服務：很好

酒店很古典，佈置的很有意味。房間大小合適。前台的帥哥美女服務都很好。位置也很好，鬧中取靜，即可以觀景，又不會太吵。

石屏山下，舞陽之濱，循美河畔，燕磯食府……在所瞭解到的民宿中循美獨具特色，室內外環境優美，停車也方便，還有獨具特色的早餐。 因為是凌晨到的，許管家凌晨兩點還在前台等着我們，非常感謝。下次還來。再見鎮遠！

離開了還很想念的酒店，隨然在河邊，可是晚上蠻安靜的，巴適得很，服務很好，小哥幫我們把重重的行李搬上樓，離店又送到車上，太温馨了，值得一刷再刷

體驗很糟糕 因為停在林業局停車場充電，一拐就能拐到他們家，並提前讓帶看了下房間，被告知有暖氣，我看是中央空調可能會比其它民宿強一點，就選擇了循美。 首先小哥不真誠，暖氣吹不暖就是吹不暖，老在強調有暖氣，結果凍了一夜。貴州寒潮，真的很冷。 設施：用的估計都是最差的品牌，設計也很不合理，床頭關燈很不方便。 衞生：衞生一星，抽屜裏有不知道哪任住過留下的衞生紙，把我們給噁心壞了，給前台提了之後，前台也沒特別的反應。 環境：感謝給升了江景房，不過被柳樹擋住了。房間設計就是民宿風，看可以，用實在是不好用。 民宿價格是不便宜的，第二天我們住的正經別墅，價格衹要1/3，體驗好了一萬倍。 很失望的一次入住體驗。
