酒店硬件中規中矩的四五星標淮，服務很到位，工作人員服務意識較強！美中不足就是早餐太差了，品種很少！到吃早餐的環境在一個小廳，衹有五六張大桌，人多坐不下，這點太小家子氣了！

酒店設施老，設備有損壞，訂的四個標間，其中就有三個房間裏面的燈都是壞的，有的房間連廁所門都關不上，廁所排氣扇也是壞的，説明賓館的管理人員管理工作不到位，衹有一個房間還能勉強接受，結果四個佔三個，我們表示很不滿意，本以為鎮原命名的賓館，代表一個城市的形象，感覺這個賓館有損城市形象，遠道而來的親友對這個地方的印象極差
