This hotel was beyond my expectations of Huanman Hotels. I've stayed at Huanman hotels in Changsha and Yueyang before, and they were always quite clean and hygienic, with new facilities. However, this one was truly different. The bedding and linens were full of holes, clearly used countless times; linens of this quality should have been thrown away long ago. The sheets and fitted sheets also had holes. The hand soap seemed to be a tiny amount diluted with a lot of water; it didn't lather at all, requiring a lot of pumps each time to even absorb the soap. The bathroom mat was particularly egregious; as soon as I opened it, two bugs jumped out, giving me goosebumps. I had no choice but to sleep in long pants and a long-sleeved shirt for the night. However, the front desk staff were quite friendly, consistent with Huanman Hotels' usual practices. I'm giving the only 2 points to the receptionist.

This stay completely exceeded my expectations. What I want to praise most is the hotel service – from arrival to check-out, the staff were warm and attentive throughout, responding to my needs very promptly, making me feel right at home. I must also highlight their complimentary 100 value-added services; from laundry to toiletries, they catered to almost every imaginable need, completely free of charge – incredibly practical! Even more surprising was the complimentary shuttle service. After booking in advance, the driver arrived on time, the car was clean and tidy, and they even proactively helped with my luggage. Next time I'm in this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again. I sincerely recommend it to anyone who values ​​service!

The location was also excellent, very close to the Fengyu Bridge and Feihu Street. 5. There was parking available, making parking convenient. Disadvantages: 1. The so-called "no-smoking room" was a gimmick; there was no actual no-smoking room. The "no-smoking room" was just a way to lure people in and expose them to secondhand smoke! Being woken up by secondhand smoke first thing in the morning was a rather unusual wake-up service. 2. The cleanliness was poor; the floor was already worn and stained. 3. There was only one access card, and there was another access control downstairs requiring card swiping to enter. It was fine for one person, but if there were two people, both had to leave at the same time, which was very inconvenient.

Where's the "smart" feature? The Xiaodu smart speaker is completely broken; it doesn't respond at all. If it's not going to work, don't call it "smart." The room's Wi-Fi is also terrible. The drainpipe under the sink smells bad, and the bathroom also smells bad. There's a stench as soon as you open the door. It's awful. This is an old building that's been renovated.

酒店就在風雨橋附近，步行5分鐘，酒店後面有個院子很大，停車方便，房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全，我住在酒店後面一幢裏，更安靜不鄰街，酒店還短訊讓我吃早餐，可我的房間不帶早餐的，這服務太好了！

這次入住體驗超出預期！辦理入住速度很快，工作人員態度温和有耐心，有需求響應特別及時。客房採光很好，衞生做得細緻，衞浴無異味，洗漱用品品質在線。周邊交通、餐飲齊全，酒店隔音效果佳，晚上十分安靜。早餐葷素、點心、飲品一應俱全，新鮮可口。設施維護到位，環境雅緻，地理位置也超級便利無論是出差還是旅行都很合適，強烈推薦！

其實本身不是喜歡評價的人，除非它真的很好，很喜歡這裏，入住之後阿姨立馬送來了新鮮的水果，面帶笑意問我房間喜不喜歡，又專業又親切，前台也很耐心，因為其他原因，沒有睡好，還幫我延遲退房，提醒我早餐，幫我送到房間，瀏覽了一下其他服務，對於這個價位的酒店已經做得非常用心了，幾百到千元的酒店都住過，但是反而我更願意選擇這樣用心酒店，出門下大雨，前台小姐姐還幫我一起拿行李，幫我撐傘，這種感覺真的舒服到心裏，下次還會再次選擇
