設施：設施齊全，備品用着也都不錯，房間很大，商務出差也很合適。地理位置也很優越，房間是觀景房，景色特別好。
這幾天遊玩下來，鳳凰，茶峒，芷江，住的最滿意的就是這裏。
衞生：整體很乾凈，拖鞋很舒服，牙刷也是軟毛的。毛巾也很乾凈。
環境：出門沒多遠就是風雨橋，這個位置超級棒，環境更不用説了，特別好。
服務：服務人員很熱情，還有接送機服務，我從懷化南坐上高鐵才聯繫的，本來衹是試一下能不能來高鐵站接，結果可以，而且我到了芷江站沒多久車就來了，送機提前一晚上約的，司機準時到達，司機也很熱情，服務態度特別好，聊天過程中都能感覺到他對自己工作酒店的熱愛自己工作的熱愛。
晚間還送了銀耳紅棗粥。
早餐也很棒，早去的話還有環境位置坐，早餐裏有本地特色的粉，吃着也很好吃。
如果你來芷江旅遊住宿的話，一定要選擇這裏。

計劃在芷江玩3天的，天空不做美下雨，衹玩了一天，不過住的酒店乾淨、工作人員服務熱情，住的標間房也寬敞，晚上坐在窗邊可以欣賞美麗的江邊風景。還有3個很貼心的免費服務，免費接送高鐵、免費洗衣服、免費早餐。

這次旅行住了這麼多酒店。來到芷江住了這家酒店，一到高鐵站，前台小姐姐就安排了司機大哥來接了大哥非常貼心的幫忙提行李。一路介紹芷江的各個景點。從此就能看出司機大哥非常熱愛他的工作，前台小姐姐也非常貼心的幫忙安排了一間看風景特別好的房間，房間也很乾凈，衞生也做的。酒店的免費服務有很多一次性洗漱用品以及免費洗衣服都讓人心裏暖暖的。總之來芷江住山水大酒店準沒錯。

先説好的。位置真的沒得説！離步行街，龍津風雨橋，天后宮，鼓樓羣，文廟等必去景點統統都可以在步行15分鐘之內到達，知名粉面&酸蘿蔔&芷江鴨也都是近在咫尺。有自己的專用停車場。服務也是非常贊！有求必應，快速解決，專業周到，態度熱情。洗護用品品質不錯，還配有洗衣液。晚安甜品質量也很好。
再説説不能接受的點。由於酒店是吊腳樓改建而成，導致房間要麼很小，要麼有柱子，因此除了帶大露台的房間可以在露台上無遮擋地看風景，以及大床房的風景湊合能接受以外，其他房型真的就不值這個價錢了，平台上的某幾類房間照片不是實景，房間窗子的實景如圖所示。當然，目測這裡是鼓樓一側沿河最好的酒店了，各位朋友自行視情況而定哈
