The hotel is great, don’t worry. The hotel is located in Pingyuan Ancient Town. If you come early, you can go to the ancient town for a walk. In fact, the hotel itself has a great environment. It’s also nice to sit on the balcony and listen to the rain and drink tea on a rainy day. The Gongbao cuisine in the Chinese restaurant is delicious and plentiful, and the beauty Jiao Shaoting at the front desk was very enthusiastic and thoughtful and gave a children's set meal. It's a pity that the schedule is too tight and I don't have time to stay one more night. I will definitely come back when I have time in the future.

It was already midnight when I arrived from the Anshun Music Festival. Song Yuzhu at the front desk helped us check in enthusiastically and thoughtfully and gave us breakfast for the children. It was very pleasant to walk around the ancient city at night. The nearby Zhijin Cave is really great. I will arrange to come back with my parents and children in the future!

Since I don’t have a self-driving car, I heard from the people in the ancient town that they can be picked up by the hotel car, so I chose this hotel after the tour, but I called the hotel for the first time to inquire. Waiting for the reception car to drop people off from the hotel and tell me that I won't wait too long and it will be available at any time. As a result, I waited for at least an hour at noon on a hot day, but no car got off! So I called the hotel again for the second time. The customer service said that I don’t know how long the bus will come. I asked if I could notify the sightseeing bus to pick it up at the door. The customer service said there was no phone call! And if there is no car, I suggest I walk to the hotel! I just hang up the phone! Except for the hotel sightseeing bus, there are no transportation facilities in the ancient town to take! So I pulled a suitcase and walked 2KM from the entrance of the ancient town to the hotel in 30-degree weather! I had to complain angrily when I checked in! Repeatedly confirm to the staff whether it is possible to pick up people at the gate of the ancient town, and they definitely say yes! And said that they did not receive any notice that someone called a car to pick them up! Really angry out a mouthful of old blood! Although the hotel later sent an afternoon tea to apologize, but the real experience is really greatly reduced! The night view is indeed beautiful, but the hotel at this price may only allow people who drive into the ancient town to live.

We picked up our luggage and the check-in area was very considerate and provided a chair for guests to sit on. The housekeeper Jiao Shaoting was super enthusiastic about telling us how to get around nearby. No matter how late we came, she would help us solve the problem as soon as possible. It is really a treasure hotel. Children also like it very much. If I have the opportunity, I will stay alone for 2 nights and enjoy it slowly. It is a pity that it comes and goes in a hurry.

The fly in the ointment is that the next door is one or two in the middle of the night, the children are still a bit noisy, and the sound insulation effect is not very good.

When I arrived at the restaurant at 9 o'clock, many food trays were empty. I asked if I could add more, and said immediately! Asked again five minutes later, said to wait a while! There is almost nothing to eat at 9:30! When I asked the noodle maker if I could add some toppings, she answered impatiently, she was busy and didn't have time! The lobby of the hotel is very beautiful and has a sense of design. The two guests lit cigarettes while walking, and the cleaning staff in the lobby stood in front of the no-smoking sign and turned a blind eye to them.
