Dong Sen Hotel

The hotel facilities are excellent. As soon as I entered the lobby, the front desk staff greeted me warmly and patiently explained nearby dining and entertainment options, which was very thoughtful. Walking to the room, the hotel's overall design felt very well-planned; the hallways were wide and tall, creating no sense of confinement. They even have a laundry room with a combined washer and dryer, which is very user-friendly. For such a reasonable price, this is by far the best hotel we've stayed at in Guizhou.

The hotel has a great ambiance and all the facilities are new. The bedding was very comfortable. The front desk staff were proactive and gave excellent advice. We forgot to register our license plate, and they immediately sorted out free parking for us. Downstairs there's a shopping street, which was convenient for my girlfriend to shop [chuckle]. Overall, it was a great experience 👍

The surrounding environment is great, it's convenient to go anywhere from the center, the cleanliness is good, the service is excellent, the room is also very nice, everything is good. I like the robot, it delivered my takeout! 😂

My first stay at this hotel was fantastic. The receptionists were very welcoming and resolved any issues quickly. The bedding was changed after each guest, and the bathroom was free of odors and stains. The location is convenient, close to the pedestrian street for easy access. For dining, I recommend Yusa Jinqiao, which is only about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and the public areas are decorated with greenery, creating a tranquil and comfortable atmosphere.

The receptionist was friendly and efficient, and the check-in process was quick and patient. The housekeeping staff were meticulous, providing everything we needed promptly, like family. Hygiene was impeccable; the sheets and blankets were spotless and odor-free, and the bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, with even the corners immaculate – a very reassuring experience. The facilities were also excellent: the air conditioning heated up quickly, the Wi-Fi signal was strong, the charging ports by the bed were very practical, and the toiletries were of good quality. A comfortable and hassle-free stay was a great experience.

酒店整體體驗很不錯，房間乾淨整潔，各類設施設備維護到位，使用起來都很順暢。空調製冷效果好，熱水出水快，衞浴用品齊全。床品柔軟舒適，公共區域設備完好，環境打理得清爽乾淨。工作人員服務熱情周到，有需求響應及時。地理位置出行方便，整體性價比很高。入住感受舒心安心，設備新舊程度讓人滿意，沒有老舊故障問題，住得很放鬆，下次過來還會選擇這家，也推薦大家前來入住。
