Very disappointing hotel stay. Poor hotel management. Room only available around 4pm despite check in from 2pm. Having travelled 24 hours, this was not ideal however staff were polite and friendly. The room allocated did not have toilet paper nor did the remote controls worked for the air conditioning and TV, again not a big issue as staff quickly resolved issues when brought to their attention. After a nap, I noticed the toilet was blocked, hotel staff advised their maintenance guy was on leave and hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was available until the next day! The solution given was to use the staff toilet which was on the 7th floor ( room was on the 3rd floor). This was not convenience nor ideal as I was not use to a squat toilet. No major issues during my second night stay. Although amenities advertised was misleading. The TV and wifi did not work. The restaurant/ breakfast was not available. On my 3rd and final night, I was awoken at 12.30am and noise continued for 1.5hours. I initially thought it was a noisy hotel guest however upon inspection it was hotel staff doing room maintenance! I complained to the front desk who was apologetic and work ceased, It was now 3am and I am wide awake! Only positives from my stay was the hotel staff in particular the guy on night duty at the front desk and the cleaning lady. The hotel is also in a great location.

The location is excellent, the breakfast is good, the facilities are average, there is not even a refrigerator, and the soundproofing is not good. Overall, it is a comfortable stay.

The big bed in the room was very comfortable, not too soft. There was free breakfast and late check-out. The location was close to the business district and the rapid bus station, so it was convenient to go anywhere.

Clean and spacious, comfortable bedding, friendly front desk lady, fast check-in/check-out, free room upgrade! I will choose this hotel next time!

I stayed here when I came to Zhongshan last year and this year. The location is good, there are many delicious foods nearby, the hotel environment is warm, the view is wide, and the check-in is very smooth. I like it very much.

During the Spring Festival holiday this year, I chose to travel to Zhongshan and stayed at the Borman Hotel (Zhongshan Lihe Branch). Due to traffic congestion that day, I arrived at the hotel in the evening to check in. At that time, the male staff at the front desk told me that there was no booking information. After waiting for about 20 minutes, he told me that the booking platform had not sent the information to the hotel and I had to wait for confirmation before I could check in. When we booked the room, the computer showed that breakfast was included, but the staff told us that the breakfast reservation was full. He immediately apologized to us for this and said that we could get bread and drinks as compensation, but we felt that it would be a shame if there was no buffet breakfast. I need bread and drinks because I don’t really like this kind of breakfast. During the Spring Festival, we know that there is a certain demand for hotel orders, but we hope to sell the hotel platform and improve the ordering process in the future to ensure that the information is provided to the hotel so as not to increase the workload of the hotel's front-line staff. We all praised the male staff who received us at that time. While he was busy handling guest inquiries, he also tried his best to handle our reservation information to minimize the impact. We thank this male staff for his help. In the evening, we went to a nearby shopping mall for dinner. The mall was decorated with a New Year atmosphere.

The location is very convenient, there is a shopping mall next door and the bus station is also very convenient. Hygiene is okay. This noise isolation is really a big problem. I was given a room on the third floor at first, but the noise on the road with the window closed was still very loud. After communicating with us about moving to the fourth floor, there was not much difference. Later at 12 o'clock in the evening, there was a rumble on the wall of the shower room next door, and I could clearly tell when the door next door opened. Really speechless🤦

The location is great, in the heart of the Eastern District, downstairs is the busiest business district, restaurants, massage parlors and shopping malls are all a few minutes walk. The room was smaller than expected. Although it opened in 2023, the facilities in the room are a bit dilapidated, especially the bathroom, which has mold on the edges. The hotel lobby is simple, and the aroma of incense is a bit tacky. When checking in, the front desk attendant was a bit indifferent.

It's not far from where I work, and opposite is the business center. It's very convenient to travel. The breakfast at the hotel is also good. The parking lot is not big, but I was lucky enough to find a parking space when I went back in the evening!

The location is very good, near Lihe Square. The room is not very big and the desk is very small. It is said that I have been upgraded to a room, but the desk is still very small and not suitable for working; The faucet in the toilet was a bit dirty and had not been cleaned.

The location in the city center is excellent, it is clean and tidy, the transportation is convenient, the services are in place, and life is convenient. It is recommended to install a clothes drying rack in the shower room. There is no need for white hand towels on the sink. It is recommended to cancel it. The simpler, the better!
