Vienna Hotel (Zhongshan Nanlang)

The Family suite was exactly what we needed, clean, nicely decorated and breakfast was good. Checking in was easy, even though I don’t speak Chinese. Luckily I could provide a Chinese phone number, which was requested at check in. However what blew me away was the service after we left one piece of luggage in our room and did not notice until we were at the ferry passenger port. A Chinese friend of mine contacted the hotel and they made the impossible happen. In less than an hour (which is all we had before we needed to board the ferry), two very nice employees of the hotel brought the bag to the ferry port. They were so friendly and refused to take any money for this extraordinary service that I did not expect from them. Instead of leaving China without this bag and having it delivered to my daughter in Zhongshan, these employees not only prevented us from a lot of stress but also cemented the wonderful and very positive impression we had already gotten from China! So very thankful and highly recommend this hotel!
