Lighting Era Hotel

I am sorry to say that we had pathetic experience at this hotel. To start with very poor and rude service from receptionist during checkin. She forced to take deposit even there was no policy for deposit. We didn’t had local currency. They took $50 for deposit. I showed my booking that it’s online booked with Trip.com and if anything happened, they have my details but they didn’t listened. Then in room AC was not working. We called them in midnight to check and they just opened the window and gone. It was too hot and humid in the room. There was no service at all. Couldn’t slept all night dud to too hot. We had breakfast included. We went to have breakfast and no one in the hall/kitchen except one sweeper. Most of the food bowls were empty and very low quality food there. No cereals, no juice, soft drink bottles were empty. No fried eggs. No wholemeal bread. Coffee was rubish. Sweeper made the floor wet around foor tables and i was about to slip. I asked if there is any milk and she says no. Time was 8:45am even not close to end. We had worst ever experience in 4 star hotel. I never recommend to anyone to stay there.

Best for business traveller . Light market is very near. So many restaurants available for food .

So we stayed for work 3 days. The rooms we got was the worst I've ever seen. Full of ashtrays , people smoking in hotel lobby. Breakfast tanks over flowing with turtles , which they will cook for dinner service trying to escape the tiny tanks. It was shockingly bad, I regret staying here. We complained to the front desk about the state of the room, broken sockets, broken TV and ashtrays full of cigarettes, especially when we requested a non smoking room. They eventually moved us, but were so annoyed with us for complaining, they didn't speak to us for the rest of the stay. The women at front desk couldn't care less. It a 3 day visit and it felt like a lifetime. It's definitely not a 4 star as stated by these travel companies, no-more than a 2 star . I wish I'd taken pics to share

the location is nice, carpets were dirty, I chose nonsmoking room

Hotel all good! But had really bad experience with Trip.com itself. It has been almost 48hrs and my issue still not solved

The best hotel to stay for business with a Starbucks right downstairs and all good wholeseller in close proximity
