Homeinn Hotel (Zhongshan Lihe Plaza Xingzhongdao)

Very good, clean and hygienic. They called to ask if I needed anything. The hotel's location is also excellent, close to Lihe Plaza. The bed was very soft, and the service attitude was great. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The front desk lets you decide whether to park or not. Service: Poor service and inaction. I asked about the parking lot before checking in, but it was all full. If you can't park, you have to check out. The front desk first asked me to contact the Ctrip platform. After the platform agreed to initiate the process, the front desk said that the hotel did not have the authority to cancel the hotel. They said that it was directly operated by Home Inn and they wanted to contact the headquarters. They called 400, but it was not during working hours and there was no one at all. I didn’t know what to do. What does phone mean? If I ask again, I will say that refunds cannot be made on the same day. If it is the hotel's personal wish not to refund, why not make it clear at the beginning! It took 50 minutes to resolve the error message provided by the front desk! I was so tired after checking in early in the morning!

The hotel is centrally located with restaurants and shops nearby! The staff attitude is also very good! The room is not big, but the overall items are new and clean!

The room is very clean, close to Lihe Square, the transportation is very convenient, there are many delicious foods nearby, and it is a good place for travel. Next time I come to Zhongshan for tourism, this is still my first choice. It is economical and has a good environment.
