衞生：衞生真的很差我基本不給人差評的，進門剛進去會有股潮味，門後面應該是上個客人留下來的**垃圾袋子，都沒收拾。廁所洗手盆的後面還有兩個牙刷沒收拾丟在那，真的體驗感極差。
服務態度還不錯吧！

因為自已失誤，導致晚上要找酒店，唯獨這里有房，位置可以的，房間隔音差，沖涼水好細，半夜外面一直有人大力关門

酒店房間寬敞舒適丶佈局簡潔丶環境寧靜，酒店位置適中，交通便利，靠近商場，晚上就是有名的食街。酒店為住客提供基本的中式早餐，食物比較簡單，但幫助一早填飽肚子，不用到處張羅，算是不錯。印象最深刻是前台的女服務生，小姑娘親切有禮，向她提出房間的各項需要時，在她能力範圍之內可做的，她都即時迴應，儘快為我處理，十分感謝她！

顯示是24年裝修的，實際破舊不像24年裝修的。沒有內線電話，找服務員困難。3樓窗外有活動場所，但窗沒有防盜網，有安全隱患。房內有蚊子，沒有蚊香之類的驅蚊措施。多種理由逃避不開發票，面對平台的介入都百般刁難。最後在平台的強大壓力下才給予開票成功。

都不知道你你們寫着2024年裝修 好評是怎麼弄來的貨不對板 是怎麼弄來的 衞生環境差的要死 紙巾盒裡麪這多毛髮和塵 你們到底多久沒有收拾過這些不東西啊 地上牆邊發黴起膠 廁所臟的要死黃黃的 鏡子都是水跡 毛巾一條都沒用過 就拿了一條來墊用品 靠近路邊很吵但是這個不是你們問題，前台和我説你訂網上多少掃碼給他們多少錢 還好我堅持攜程上訂

今天下雨了趕緊在瑪爾萊斯酒店下了一間大床房休息 一進大門就給人一種高大上的感覺 大堂裝修豪華大氣 辦理完入住前台小姐姐還貼心提醒了隔天免費自助早餐在三樓 直接過去就可以吃 房間衞生乾淨 毛巾浴巾跟床上用品都是全新更換的 Wi-Fi網速也是非常快 這個價格在中山南頭簡直不要實惠 值得推薦一手！！！
