It's an okay hotel, but really nothing memorable about it. Aside from being next to a small (but decent) mall, there's nothing that makes me want to stay again. Yes, you can call a ride to go anywhere from the hotel, but the road adjacent to the hotel is always jammed. It's really just a budget stay.

Good: excellent location across the street from Lihe Plaza on the interesting side; helpful front desk staff; new renovation in most of the hotel area; SUPER nice bed; decent towels
Not-so-good: wooden floors are dirty; bathroom is tiny; bathroom is functional but the shower looks terrible; no refrigerator; desk has only 1 chair (would be nice to have 2)
Conclusion: unbeatable at this price if you are willing to live with the trade-offs

Location is good. Reception staff is nice and friendly. Room is clean. Breakfast could be improved. Cleaning lady is nice and helpful. Plenty of eateries around.
