Services provided by the staffs were outstanding. Everything was smooth from check in, during stay and check out. I would like to compliment the following staffs for their wonderful service provided by them. The second time I checked in, I stayed for 2 nights. It was clean and tidy. It had 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. There was a big dining table where the whole family could eat late night snacks. On the third day, I left my luggage and went to Shiqilao for lunch and then to Shagang Market, which was not far away. , then went back to the hotel to pick up the luggage and left.

Good: the hotel is conveniently located, as closest to Shiqi downtown as one can get. Near to a mall (1 km away), supermarket, food shops... The front desk service was very attentive and nice. It's also near Renmin hospital for COVID tests. Bad: the building is very old and run down. The toilet and the room overall are old and look dirty. No heater during winter so the room was cold.

Although the hotel is some years old, the overall maintenance is good, the management is clean and tidy. The location is OK, the Yongdong direct bus is only a minute away from the bus. There is a bus stop downstairs and there are high-quality restaurants nearby, all within 10 minutes of walking. The breakfast provided by the hotel is just a bit messy. The room has a sense of space and will not be too forced. Only the bed is very hard, the pillow is too soft, I am not used to it, so I can't sleep well for two consecutive nights.

The service attitude is good, and if you have any questions, you will receive follow-up and feedback in a timely manner. Some TV channels had no sound, and they helped to solve it in time. The room is big and bright enough, and the design is quite good. The lighting in front of the mirror for makeup is also OK. There is also yoga equipment in the room, which I didn't expect hahaha. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was that there were two maintenance staff sitting casually in the corridor outside the room to rest, and they happened to be right next to the door of the room where I lived. It was very inconvenient for me as a girl to get in and out. I hope that a suitable place can be arranged for maintenance in the future. Master rests.
