Great experience in this hotel. The staff is super kind and helpful and our room was big and bright. Highly recommended. Location wise, its okey, right by the sea with plenty of restaurants yet in the island you’ll still need to take taxi to visit certain places, no more than 10min. From the hotel if you take a bike can visit the budhas in the sea, nice place in the north corner.

Good place, good for solo or couples stay

The hotel is in a great location near the seaside, you can easily hire a Hello Bike from outside the hotel and ride around town. The staff were very helpful and supportive, 小徐 helped us at check-out and with our Didi, but a special thanks to 小李 who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and comfortable and always assisting with our every need. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. The breakfast was very delicious, we were served this delicious noodle soup as well as the traditional Chinese breakfast. The staff made every arrangement to cater to our friend who is gluten intolerant, and that was very helpful indeed. We will make sure to stay here again next time we’re in the island!!

這家酒店的服務非常周到，雖然是晚上很晚辦理入住，但是進門就給我非常熱情友好的感覺。大堂有個糖水鋪很有特色，前台帥哥安排的房間也很貼心，就給我留了電梯旁，實在也玩累了走不動。退房時候跟服務員聊了聊天，很忙，但也耐心地告訴我了。總體來説，是個很人性化的酒店，下次有機會到舟山還會再來的

非常驚艷的一個酒店，位置超好，離海鮮大排檔200米，高樓層可以看到湖景。緊挨着希爾頓，但價格衹有希爾頓的一半，但性價比超高。房間又大又寬敞，設施完備、整潔明亮，關鍵酒店服務超級好。無論是前台主任、小鄭、小王，還是餐飲部的俞經理，都超級NICE。走在酒店任何地方，服務人員都會主動問好，親切的態度如沐春風。小朋友最喜歡是前台的糖水鋪，咖啡、花茶、布丁、奶茶和各種小料一應俱全，可以自己DIY。小朋友興奮地説下次來舟山還要住這家酒店😀

設施設備齊全，房間寬散，衞生乾淨整潔，房間明亮，環境地理位置優越，交通方便，停車位置多，房間能看到湖景，苗穎的服務很好，俞妙爾領班很熱情，業務也很紮實，從前台到餐廳到客房服務員都非常熱情周到。

前台徐麟非常熱情，幫我們安排了高樓層房間，房間視野非常好，能很清晰的看到湖景。她看到我們帶了2個小朋友，還送了2頂紅軍帽。小朋友們都非常喜歡，這也在國慶期間是一種非常有意義的方式。很貼心👍👍👍

一次超乎想象的舒適體驗，房間寬敞，晚上酒店還送上泡腳桶。前台員工態度熱情，贈送了棉花糖和餅乾，孩子特別喜歡，我個人特別喜歡這裏的早餐，有多種選擇，，比較適合我，味道好棒極了！很地道的餐廳，我們下次還會再來的！

第二次住康橋望湖 還是定了家庭房 看中他們家庭房比其他酒店大不少這點 正巧遇到颱風天 入住率不是很高 所以升級了海景家庭房 房間很深 從門口走到窗邊挺久的哈哈哈 有轉角大沙發 單人沙發 還有個單人餐椅（？） 房間確實很大 就顯得電視機特別小 因為颱風關係在酒店待的時間比較久 坐在沙發那就按不了電視機了 希望下次能換個大點的 沒有訂含早的 所以早餐不做評價

看到網評國慶選擇了這家酒店，酒店旁邊就是普陀天地，吃喝玩樂都有，位置不錯。大堂布置了投壺投乒乓球還有獎品，甜品也不錯。 房間衞生乾淨，服務員都會下腰問好。下次再來。
