The guy at the front desk told me that this is a project from 7 to 9 pm every night. I have to check out at 12 o'clock, but no one told me about this the day before. It's outrageous.

If you want to stay in a hotel, choose a room type above 1700. There may be no musty smell and you can still accommodate people on the first floor.
