I visited Zhouzhi Water Street and Fireworks Alley. Staying here was convenient; although not in the city center, it's close to major attractions. The hotel lobby offered complimentary tea, which was refreshing whenever I went in or out. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, proactively recommending nearby routes and local snacks. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Room Review: The room was nice, and they even provided complimentary Shaanxi snacks. However, details need improvement; there were too many water stains on the sink area. Providing hairspray was a thoughtful touch, but the spray nozzle was broken and unusable. Service Review: The front desk staff still need training. I came to Zhouzhi during the National Day holiday for a friend's wedding, and I needed to get to my friend's house early the next morning for the ceremony – this was the main reason. I arrived at the hotel around 9 PM the previous night, and the parking lot wasn't too crowded, so I parked in a designated spot. When I went downstairs at 7:30 AM the next morning, there was another wedding ceremony at the hotel! The wedding procession completely blocked the parking lot (there was no way to walk; every available space was filled with wedding cars), preventing me from getting out. Since the ceremony hadn't started yet, these cars wouldn't move anytime soon. Because of my friend's wedding, I was in a hurry to find the hotel front desk, but instead of trying to clear the traffic, they told me: "I'm sorry to bother you, but there's nothing we can do right now." Finally, I waited until the groom picked up the bride from the hotel before leaving. However, the hotel entrance was a single-lane road, and the wedding convoy wouldn't leave after leaving the hotel, completely blocking the road. By the time I finally got out and arrived at my friend's wedding ceremony, I was already late, severely disrupting my plans. Issues: 1. Knowing there was a wedding the next day, the front desk staff on the night shift should have informed guests in advance to avoid affecting their travel or important arrangements. I wouldn't complain about a regular business hotel not informing guests, but for a high-end hotel like Meihou, which emphasizes service, this is essential. 2. In situations where hotel activities disrupt guests' travel plans, the front desk did not actively help them resolve the issues. When I explained that I was in a hurry and needed to drive out, the hotel receptionist's only response was, "They'll be done soon, please wait a moment. We're sorry, there's nothing we can do. Your timing was unfortunate; you just happened to be in the middle of a wedding procession." (The exact words weren't exactly like that, but the gist was the same.) I feel that at the very least, after a guest expressed this request, the staff should have done the following: ① Offer the guest a glass of water or apologize to soothe their emotions; ② Go out and check where the guest's car was stuck and see if there was any way to help clear the blockage; ③ If it was impossible to clear the blockage, ask the guest if they would be willing to call a taxi to their destination and cover the fare, returning to retrieve their car after they finished their business. In short, the hotel experience was initially acceptable, but the incident the following morning made the overall experience very unpleasant and caused me to be late for my own plans. The staff's awareness of service details needs improvement.

Upon entering the lobby, the front desk lady, Xiao Liu, saw Xiaoyou holding up her skirt with a worried look on her face and asked if she needed any help. After listening to our explanation, Xiao Liu smiled and said, "Don't worry, I'll have housekeeping take a look!" Not long after, a housekeeping lady named Yang knocked on our door. She swiftly took the skirt and carefully examined the stain. "Don't worry, girls! I've treated this fabric before, so it can be cleaned!" She wasn't afraid to worry us, so she added, "Just rest a little. I'll have it back in two hours." Xiaoyou and I were initially skeptical, since the stain had already dried. Unexpectedly, over an hour later, Ms. Wang actually returned with the neatly folded skirt—the stain completely gone, and the dress still had a faint, fresh fragrance. Xiaoyou was overjoyed and thanked her profusely, but Ms. Yang waved her hand away, "Of course! We always have stain removal supplies at our hotel, just in case guests encounter situations like this." Even more thoughtfully, Ms. Yang brought us two extra sets of disposable toiletries: "Since you two didn't bring any luggage, these will be enough for you. Feel free to call us if you need anything during your stay!" That evening, Xiaoyou, wearing her clean skirt, sat with me in a teahouse on Water Street, listening to opera. After returning home, I wrote a long review on the platform to praise this proactive service: not all hotels can turn "surprises" into "surprises." From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, they didn't say, "That's not our responsibility." Instead, they demonstrated through their actions that a guest's trouble is their responsibility.

Located in the Zhouzhi Waterfront Oriental Eco-City, the hotel opens out the window to the lush greenery of the Ba River, perfect for a morning run or evening stroll. It's a one-hour drive from downtown Xi'an, and the parking lot is spacious and convenient, making it perfect for a weekend road trip. The rooms have a touch of luxury, with every amenity available. The mattresses are just the right amount of firmness for a perfect night's sleep. The most surprising thing is the butler service. Upon check-in, you can choose from a welcome drink: orange juice, apple water, and health tea. Free noodles are also provided for a late-night snack. Those who appreciate detail will appreciate the comfort. The gym equipment is quite good. The Qinling National Botanical Garden is just a 5-minute drive away, making it convenient to take the kids to Louguantai to see the ** Lecture Platform. The only slight drawback is that the surrounding commercial facilities are still under development. Overall, for this price, you get near-five-star amenities and service, making it an excellent value! Highly recommended for both family trips and business trips, it's already on my bucket list!

Although breakfast was on the top floor, it was very clean and the noodles were delicious, better than most hotels. The breakfast also had a wide variety of options. The hotel is newly renovated, with brand new facilities, clean bedding, and a comfortable mattress. Dining options are also convenient nearby, including hot pot and barbecue options. The only downside was that the temperature dropped significantly that day, and the central air conditioning wouldn't turn on the heat. It was quite cold, and I didn't dare shower. I contacted the front desk, and they said they couldn't turn on the heat unless the heating was turned off. Suggestions: Further improvements should be made to the hotel's management, especially during springtime, when temperatures fluctuate. It's recommended that the air conditioning be turned on for heating. Management (or the hotel owner) should be more humane and less rigid.

If you have the chance, you must go to Zhouzhi Meihao Hotel. Wow, when you get up in the morning and go to the balcony on the 5th floor, you can see the Qinling Mountains. The breakfast is also very good with a wide variety of options. Back in the room, the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas. The bed is so comfortable. The toiletries in the room are very convenient. Xiao Nie must give a thumbs up to this aspect. The staff are all very polite. The overall feeling is very comfortable.

I brought my child to Zhouzhi to watch the Musen Grand Stage. Since my child and I are light sleepers, I chose this hotel. The surrounding area is very quiet and the hotel environment is very good. Xiao Xie at the front desk was very enthusiastic and gave the child a small toy. It was a very satisfying stay!
