這個酒店自從開了就一直住從來不換地方，現在竟然連洗漱的用品都要變相收錢真夠意思，而且服務態度超惡劣，房間不配洗漱的東西，我老公打電話問為啥啥都沒有，然後服務員馬上送來了平時咱們住酒店用的牙刷牙膏和一次性刮鬍刀，但是上面根本沒有任何標註是需要收費的，還有個重點：我就很好奇住酒店不給配備洗漱用品是何道理？我是導遊住了這麼多年酒店什麼價位的都住過，就第一次遇到，最奇葩的是之前都有，是老闆黑了心腸…還是服務員中飽私囊…來評論不是因為僅此扣了我幾塊錢而已，就想説做任何生意不能眯着良心做無德之事，我也是做生意的，做人做事誠信第一！

枕頭下有頭髮，大桶水竟然過期三年多了，燒水壺還有上位客人留的半壺水，電話壞的，空調噪音好大一晚上沒睡着，衞生間地漏有頭髮，隔音效果不好，關着門走廊聲音聽的很清楚，就這環境價位還不便宜，前台服務還可以

就那樣吧，退房時間太早了，別的店都是兩點，超一點時間也沒關係，這邊時間掐的太死了，不好

房間開好了，我們出去吃個飯回來床上躺着一個人，換房間沒有標準間，換了個三人間，唉唉唉，還有個麻將桌，自己想想裏面衞生吧

設施衞生環境服務一般般，衞生間太吵沒法休息，房間不乾淨很不舒適
