The front desk service was definitely the highlight of my stay. The staff were well-mannered, enthusiastic, and friendly. The check-in process was simple and quick, with no unnecessary hassle. When I had questions or issues, they responded promptly and provided clear, comprehensive answers. Their professional yet warm service really added a lot of positivity to my trip. The hotel's overall environment was also great, making for an excellent overall experience. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for future trips.

I booked this room for a friend this time, and they told me that the issues I encountered previously have been rectified. I really have to commend the hotel for their efficiency in making improvements. Last time, I gave feedback that the bathroom floor was slippery and the anti-slip mat was too small. My friend reported that this time, the room was clearly equipped with a dedicated anti-slip mat and anti-slip slippers. The attention to detail is excellent, a huge thumbs up! The experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose Lanhai again when I visit.

During my stay, I accidentally left some personal belongings behind. Xiao Yu, one of the staff members, found them and immediately contacted me. She even carefully helped me keep them safe. Her attitude was gentle and patient. When I checked out, she proactively reminded me of important details. Her service was thoughtful and attentive throughout, which made me feel incredibly warm. Professional and responsible, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again for my next stay!

I asked about local transportation late at night and Xiaoyu patiently and thoroughly explained everything, even kindly pointing out things to look out for. Later, when I needed extra towels, they were delivered to my room quickly. Their responses were prompt and their service was enthusiastic, always putting the guest first. This kind of thoughtful service really made a great impression!

The hotel facilities are comprehensive and well-organized, catering to a variety of needs. The cleanliness is excellent, with public areas being tidy and free of unpleasant odors. Staff members are responsive and communicate smoothly, providing overall great service.

The hotel and restaurant are all in one building, which is convenient. The only thing I don't understand is why the laundry room is on the B1 level of the underground parking garage. The washing machine is an unknown brand and frequently crashes. I suggest getting it repaired. Also, the gym is on B1 – what a strange design choice! The hotel is on the outer ring road, making it very convenient to get out of the city to factories. The Chinese breakfast was decent.

Xiao Qun was incredibly efficient and professional during check-in. They thoroughly explained all the hotel facilities, breakfast times, and even offered tips for getting around. The next morning, I was rushing out for an early meeting and accidentally left my laptop in the room. When I realized it after my meeting, I was frantic and immediately called the hotel. Xiao Qun informed me that housekeeping had found my laptop and they had safely stored it at the front desk. They even thoughtfully asked if I'd like them to courier it to my office! My work wasn't delayed at all. The entire stay was exceptionally comfortable, and Xiao Qun's attentiveness and responsibility truly warmed my heart. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm back in the area!
