房間舒適，床很大睡很舒服。衞生都可以，客服回覆很快，快速幫忙送上需要物品。需然樓下有商場有食店，但晚上周邊環境寧靜。位置去那都方便，自駕的可泊在樓下停車場，酒店方有優惠，30元24小時，很化算

廁所還有煙頭，卧室有蚊蟲屍體，漱口杯裏面黑乎乎的，揭開被子，床單上都是捲毛，噁心，室外環境陰暗潮濕，樓道很吵，隔音特別差，老闆服務態度陰陽怪氣，大男人一米八大個，****，慎得慌，620房，前台辦理入住，房間一股濃濃的味道，沙發破舊不堪，茶几也是，設施設備整體破舊，評論區好評都是刷的吧，謹慎入住，地理位置也不好，周邊都沒啥商業，打個車都不好定位。

服務：前台小哥哥隨叫隨到。。因為下個月朋友想來珠海玩。又不願去家裡住。就在攜程上搜離我家近的民宿。搜到這家。就想反正100多元去試住下。結果發現價格優恵。房間也大。還有個小閣樓上面也可以唾人。一家三口都可以入住。樓下就是商場超市很多吃的。朋友來就讓住這。

比起之前的公寓房，只是這個公寓服務人員態度還是不錯的，主動要通過微信提供房間信息和wifi password ，如何抵達房間的指引。還免費幫我由標準房升級到這種家庭房。
房間可能比較新，至少電子門鎖容易開，只是免費電影比較少，不過一晚還是很好過的。
不好的地方就是房間浴室的梳子是別人用過的，因為沒有包裝，毛巾也有些味道。
