Zhuhai Marriott Hotel Jinwan

As always, I chose the Marriott executive suite, and my overall stay was very satisfying. The room was clean and tidy, with good soundproofing, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing for a good night's rest. Special thanks to the Guest Relations staff for their prompt and thoughtful communication, and for their efforts to assist with coordinating a late check-out. Their service was professional and warm. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the staff were polite and attentive. Marriott's consistent quality is trustworthy, and this will remain my top choice for my next visit to Zhuhai!

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the executive room is spacious. There are two swimming pools on the 6th floor (including a children's pool) and a kids' play area. The breakfast selection is varied and quite extensive.

The hotel advertises direct bus service from Hong Kong via CTS (China Travel Service), but in reality, the bus drops passengers off at Jinwan Huafa Mall. You then have to walk for nearly 10 minutes in the scorching sun to reach the hotel. Upon arrival, you check in at the 22nd-floor lobby, then take another set of elevators with your card to your guest room floor. When going out, you also have to take the elevator to the 22nd-floor lobby first, then transfer to another set of elevators to the first floor. If you want to go to the 6th-floor pool, you also need to go to the 22nd-floor lobby to change elevators. Walking through the lobby in a swimsuit and bathrobe in front of everyone is quite awkward. In Executive Suite 1726, the toilet seat was damaged and made strange noises when opening and closing. The shower glass door also made noise when opening and closing, and the bathtub faucet made a roaring sound. After filling the tub, I found a puddle on the floor; it turned out the showerhead was leaking simultaneously. There was also no clothesline in the bathroom to hang wet clothes, etc., and the bath towels needed to be replaced. During breakfast, I briefly cleaned the table and noticed the alcohol wipe was very dirty. The manager explained that stains were hidden in the table edges because the tables weren't sealed. The coffee was also bad. On the positive side, the room hygiene was well-maintained, and the pool's bubble party was a favorite with kids.

I've stayed here multiple times. It offers great value for money, and the environment is clean and hygienic.

A very satisfying trip. The hotel's location is superb, and the breakfast is plentiful. Eva from the Executive Lounge was very thoughtful; seeing that we were traveling with a child, she proactively offered children's amenities.

I had a room overlooking the Art Center, which was beautiful. The room was clean, the front desk staff were polite, and many amenities were provided for us.

I originally moved here to catch an early flight the next day, but it turns out staying in the city center would have been fine for transportation as well. The concierge/doorman service is nonexistent, just like at the New World Millennium Marriott, and the parking at the entrance is a chaotic mess. I had to lug my own luggage in the scorching heat. The lobby is on the top floor, and to get to the rooms, you have to transfer, going up first and then down. Sometimes my brain just couldn't keep up with the logic. What really made me frustrated was staying on the second-highest floor and being tormented by the sound of chairs dragging overhead for a long time. When I reported it to the service center, I found out the buffet restaurant on the lobby floor was holding an event, and many guests were constantly dragging chairs around while dining. The soundproofing is truly speechless. I ended up packing my bags and moving rooms, but then I was kept awake by other noises all night long. I might as well have stayed at another business hotel.

Coming to Zhuhai, this hotel with a buffet was an excellent choice. The hotel is very new, the facilities are complete, and the staff are professional and courteous. It made for a very pleasant holiday for my family.
