It is not easy to find the way to the hotel where there are no directions and hotel lobby/ reception. The lift to the hotel is not user-friendly and takes a long time to wait and difficult to reach the hotel floor. Wifi is so weak that is not possible to use it. Hotel staff is attentive and polite to provide assistance when you need help.
