Pullman Zhuhai (Gongbei Port Fuhua Li Branch)

The rooms were consistently great as always, and the front desk service was excellent. Breakfast was average. The location is pretty good, with a nice neighborhood right behind to explore, and getting around is very convenient.

Evelyn provided excellent service. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of choices, including both Chinese and Western dishes. The room's air conditioning was great, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The view was open and expansive. The hotel's location is fantastic, within walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants, making it very convenient.

The hotel environment is really great, and the buffet food was delicious. The staff here are very attentive and friendly. If I come to Zhuhai again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Every time I visit Zhuhai, I stay at the Pullman. It's the most convenient option when traveling with kids, as all our needs for dining, accommodation, transportation, and entertainment are met! The facilities are still well-maintained, as always. The bedding is excellent, and the air conditioning is incredibly strong. A big thank you to our dedicated customer service agent, Vicki, for her attentive and thoughtful service!

This five-diamond rating seems highly questionable 🤔. The hotel has an antique charm; it might be an interesting experience for those who haven't stayed in an older hotel before. The laundry service is absolutely terrible. It's ridiculous that you have to pay for such a service, and then to use it, you have to go down to the first floor, cross over, and take an elevator up to the laundry room 😅. The hairdryer is also something else – it's literally plug-and-play, with no on/off switch or adjustable settings. Once it's plugged in, it sounds like a tractor has started up in the room 🙄. There were even suspicious hairs on the bath towels. The only tissues in the entire room were on the sink and next to the toilet. What's the deal with not having any by the bed or on the desk? Is that considered attention to detail, or just missing the obvious? 😑 Aside from the decent location, I can't find any other redeeming qualities that justify the price. It seems like this place is primarily for people with more money than sense.

Sandy at the front desk was very polite and handled things efficiently. She was able to quickly arrange a room change for us. The location is excellent.
