The location and shuttles is the best part about this hotel. We loved the amusement park and nightly fireworks. So many activities and pools to explore. The staff was very helpful especially the manager Miss Lucy. She assisted our family every step of the way and really made the trip extra special. The fresh fruit in the rooms daily was a wonderful surprisE. My only complaint is the need for a deep cleaning in the rooms.

We had a really great stay at the hotel. Lucy welcomed us and helped with anything we need. We could take the trolley to the mysterious park at any time and it was super convenient. The buffet was decent and the service was always welcoming. It's all walking distance so it was really nice in the evening to go exploring after dinner. There are so many fun activities for the children to do and the equipment is very well looked after. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel needs a refurbishment, the rooms and especially the bathrooms are quite old and worn down. Definitely not prepared for international visitors. Most of the staff does not speak English.

It is very convenient because you don’t have to take a car to get here. The room is clean and the service is warm. The waiter brother C1238 who delivered fruits was particularly warm and funny. The housekeeper manager sister when we checked out was also very warm and wanted to give gifts to the children who were traveling with us. The saltwater hot spring in the hot spring area is also clean. There is also a private hot spring on the 4th floor rooftop of this hot spring hotel, which is only for hotel guests. It is especially suitable for bringing children to play without worrying about disturbing others. I give it a five-star rating.

Many large facilities in the mysterious island are not open, and the hotel has no money to invest in renovations. Otherwise, it may actually be more playable than Chimelong. The butler of the Ocean Hotel is very enthusiastic. Before leaving, he gave the child a big doll, which touched the child's heart 😁
