Chimelong Circus Hotel

Our family trip with kids exceeded all expectations, a solid five-star experience! The park grounds are impeccably clean and comfortable, with lush greenery. The staff were incredibly kind, and their guidance was patient and thorough. The various attractions are new and safe, and the 5D Castle Cinema is a must-try – the dynamic special effects create an amazing atmosphere. The dining options are plentiful, and the accommodation was very comfortable. The package deals are great value and hassle-free. The kids had an absolute blast, I highly recommend bringing your little ones here!

The hotel's location is great, very close to Ocean Park and Chimelong Circus, just a few minutes away. Booking a package deal also saved money. The stay was good, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Excellent value for money! It includes admission tickets with unlimited access to the scenic area, so it's essentially like getting the room for free when you buy the tickets. What a bargain! The hotel's front desk staff are also very enthusiastic. This will definitely be my first choice next time I visit.

I broke out in a rash after staying here and now I have to go to the hospital! Aside from the front desk staff being quite friendly, everything else was terrible. The hygiene was poor, the hotel facilities were run down, and the shower head was even stuck.

Highly, highly recommend! Visiting Chimelong during the off-season offers incredible value for money. The room was excellent, and the room service was top-notch. Anything we requested was delivered to our room very promptly. The room also had a safety fence, which gave us great peace of mind.

The hotel's location is excellent; we could walk to Chimelong Show and Ocean Kingdom. For the Spaceship Theme Park, there's a shuttle bus every 30 minutes. This stay, we got an upgraded room, and the 1.5-meter bed was much more comfortable. Plus, with the bed rails, the two kids slept really well. The room's soundproofing was also very good.

The hotel is starting to show its age, but the bed was very comfortable – maybe I was just super tired from all the activities. It's a great family-friendly hotel with plenty of facilities for kids, like a little stool in the bathroom. The shower pressure and water temperature were both excellent.

Pretty good! We stayed two nights in a twin room, which felt quite new. Our package included tickets to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and the Chimelong Show, and the show was absolutely fantastic! So worth it! The Glacier Coaster at Ocean Kingdom was the best ride 🎢
