We took our kids there during a typhoon. Lili's service was very good. She held an umbrella for us when we got off the car, helped with our luggage, gave our kids slippers and toothbrushes, and upgraded our room for free. She was very warm and thoughtful! The hotel is close to Macau, and you can see the Macau Tower directly from a distance. Good review!
