Hotel is located a central part of Zhuhai Heung Chau and By walking to reach a boarder line of Macau.Hotel fare is only two hundred dollar which is reasonable one. cleanness of hotel room is very good snd no noise is listened upon a night time.

Well, they didn't speak English which is okay because I speak some Chinese but others may have issues with it. The room was overall okay, they did warn me when I was checking in that under the hotel there's a KTV so it can be a little noisy until 2.00 am. But I think it was actually not that bad. The problem was the service attitude that when I went down to ask for help because the wifi didn't work, I was told to go back to my room and they will come to solve it soon. Now that took 3 hours until I marched down and told the guy at the front desk how upset I am and I was told, again, to go back to my room and they would be coming shortly. I told him I'm not going anywhere in a quiet upset tone that convinced him to finally come and help. Besides, when I couldn't tell something in Chinese they didn't even try helping to translate anything. So overall, the room is good, the service attitude not that much.

The hotel service is very satisfactory. The hotel is very close to Zhuhai Station and Gongbei Port, which is very convenient for traveling to Macau. It is very convenient to eat, live and travel around the hotel. The room is very clean. Recommended.

Be careful not to be cheated by the lady at the counter! I don't know who taught you this deceptive trick. She said there was a KTV downstairs and asked if we should upgrade to another room (which means paying more). I didn't know that such a simple-minded person cheated the guest with just one sentence and hurt the guest's heart. I regretted it as soon as I got to the counter and will never forget it for the rest of my life! It's a scam. No wonder such a good hotel is ruined! Bosses and shareholders, haven’t you noticed? There are so many hotels in Zhuhai that we really need to sort them out and discuss strategies. No wonder there is no business. For my 20 years of experience of staying in hotels, I feel dizzy!
