The room wasn't clean, and there was a huge cockroach right outside our door in the hallway.
The parking lot is far too small and can't accommodate all guests. There's no guarantee of a space even if you're staying here. Your options are to either leave your car keys with them or park across the street in a residential complex and then get reimbursed, which is a hassle.
Before booking, I specifically inquired about slow charging availability and who provided it. I was told it was available, but upon arrival, there were virtually no parking spots, let alone dedicated slow charging spots. So, 'available' was basically as good as 'not available'. Given that I asked beforehand, it clearly indicated my need to charge my car that evening. They didn't bother to inform me that the parking lot would be so full that slow charging would be impossible. Thankfully, my car still had enough charge to get to another charging station, but my evening plans, which relied on overnight slow charging, were completely disrupted and I had to scramble to find an alternative.
It's already a challenge traveling with family and kids. We couldn't even get a clean family room, and despite specifically booking a hotel that advertised parking and slow charging, neither was usable. With such a terrible experience, I strongly recommend against staying at this hotel!
