The fixed view room, the view from the window is good, but it is a bit noisy, I live on the sixth floor. The decoration style of the room is refreshing, just like the picture. The opposite is Hengqin Wharf. We come from Wailingding Island and we are only a few steps away from the hotel. It is also close to the Chimelong Ocean Kingdom. Taxi is available at the starting price and the bus is also convenient. The morning tea on the second floor tastes mediocre, and the room card can be discounted by 20%.

酒店是非常隨意找的，為了離橫琴關口近，結果非常不錯，屋裡空間大，附近環境好，離橫琴碼頭也就三百米。樓下各種小吃飯店都有，肯德基麥當勞必勝客，各種海鮮店，還有小榮大勝也就兩三百米的距離，後面還有一個小夜市。有一晚直到十二點多隔壁還是非常吵，打電話給前台，非常迅速就解決了，點贊！

酒店正對着橫琴碼頭，交通方便。家庭套房的房間很寬敞，有一張大床和兩張小床，對一家人實在是很方便。酒店距離海洋王國度假區不遠，要是不堵車，打車幾分鐘就能到。樓下有早餐店，走幾百米就有海鮮大排檔。我們住在酒店兩天，分別打卡了太空中心和長隆海洋王國，由於是提前預訂，酒店很超值。

身為攜程金鑽貴賓，每個月都要外出旅遊，深知酒店服務業艱難，基本都是好評，但這家酒的服務真的差到極點。 晚上十一點半，窗外的機器噪音突然響起，一開始以為是摩託車，十分鐘過後依然吵的無法睡覺，耳朵邊像是有一台打樁機在工作，不僅睡不着，還吵的頭疼。趕緊緻電前台，獲得答覆：市政施工搶修，需要70分鐘。 我再三表明：施工噪音太吵，我們房間根本沒法睡。既然我住在你們酒店，作為酒店的顧客，我就有權利獲得安靜的睡眠環境。 誰知前台男性工作人員好像聽不懂我説話，反覆強調：已經跟市政溝通過，要70分鐘，他們也沒辦法。 我反覆溝通了好幾次，沒有結果。於是衹能跟他説：那你上來聽聽看到底有多吵。 前台小哥電話裏答應，但從始至終沒有上來。衹留下在房間裏輾轉發側的一大家子人。 請問：這就是酒店的服務？如果我是前台，我有很多種解決顧客問題的方法：給顧客送耳塞，給顧客換遠離檢修場所的房間（我看了攜程，當晚是有空的同類型房間的），就算無法解決，既然答應了客人要來房間聽一聽看一看，我肯定是會信守承諾，而不是像個縮頭烏龜或者是甩鍋俠。 最後奉勸大家：橫琴的酒店有很多，千萬千萬不要選這家。之前看這家的差評基本是衞生不好，服務不好，我卻心懷僥倖，覺得雖然評分不是很高，但好評還是挺多。現在想來，差評雖少，落到自己身上就是百分百。任何時候，選酒店，還是要選服務好的！ 血淚教訓！這一晚，整整四小時240分鐘的噪音充斥耳邊，凌晨3:30，施工結束了，聲音好像還在腦袋裡迴響，一夜無眠！在外旅遊的人傷不起啊！
