真的服務很差,房間很臟，被子很骯臟，門是壞的每次叫阿姨來開門，衹有一個阿姨她經常出去，一次游完泳等了30分鐘冷得快感冒，很老的樓房要爬六層，經常停水沒水用。位置很差在最裡麪，這個應該不能拿來運業，攜程已經在處理了。

店家態度很好，在碼頭接船，幫忙提行李。店家同我升級房間裏有兩個窗，原來雙床變大床，其實另一個窗好近其他房間，容易看到要，不能拉開窗簾。洗手間很細，無排氣扇。樓層高，無電梯。衞生還可以。
