A fantastic stay at this hotel! The ambiance is beautiful, and every staff member went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. The online WeChat service was a game-changer, eliminating lots of unnecessary trouble. Our room was fully-furnished, clean and cozy. With Spaceship Park just a short walk away, it couldn’t be more convenient. Check-in and check-out were efficient and smooth. Highly recommended—we look forward to our next visit!

房間設定很温馨，小童用品齊全，房間隔音效果好，房間寬敞明亮，飛船房晚上就可以看到煙花，總體挺不錯的，工作人員非常耐心有禮貌，服務周到，下車會主動詢問幫忙搬行李，暢玩票很合適，可以不限次數進出及提前一小時進園區，對於長者孩子很友好，中途可以隨時取用東西及休息，園區內的吃的很好吃，價錢也不貴，飛船樂園適合低年齡段的孩子，是親子遊玩住宿的首選。送物服務快速，餐廳美味，餐飲選擇多，味道佳。酒店整體很大很新。酒店海洋元素滿滿。潛水艇動雕很可愛，小朋友很喜歡。酒店設施豐富，免費寄存行李很貼心。辦理入住快，接待員熱情細心。房間裝修温馨舒適。床品軟温暖。衞生間乾濕分離。工作人員對小朋友都特別友好，見到孩子們和我們都會主動打招呼，還會送上小禮物。地理位置也非常好，接駁車班次頻繁，完全不用擔心趕不上。

It was a lovely stay. The room is cute and cozy. We can see fireworks of ocean kingdom partly from the room. Or it should be nicer view from the infinity pool.

來長隆住這家酒店真的省了好多事！最驚喜的是住客能免費寄存行李，提前到店或者退房後還想玩，直接把行李放禮賓部就行，完全不耽誤行程。房間裏的免費礦泉水不夠喝，跟工作人員説一聲就能再要，不用自己花錢買。WiFi 也是免費的，連起來超簡單，輸房號或者手機號收個驗證碼就行，房間裏網速很快，刷視頻、發照片都不卡頓。房間的親子設計遠超預期。不僅是配備小童拖鞋、牙刷這麼簡單，還有小童衣架小童浴袍，都體現了真正的安全考量，酒店還能免費借雨傘，不用按金，出門遇到下雨也不怕。衞生乾淨，房間寬敞明亮，佈置得温馨可愛，房間乾淨整潔，裝修很童趣小朋友喜歡，洗漱用品也很可愛，內乾淨整潔，設施齊全，酒店裡有 24 小時自助售賣機，半夜想買點零食飲料也很方便。工作人員態度也好，有問必答，全程住下來又省心又舒服，性價比超高！有機會還會再來！

整體都是飛船的主題造型，床上用品和浴巾毛巾一客一換，柔軟舒適，讓人十分安心。每個房間都配小童洗漱用具和拖鞋，小朋友很喜歡。工作人員熱情主動，服務貼心，有求必應。客房服務員的送東西也很及時，check out服務效率也快，酒店服務效率棒棒噠！酒店直通長隆飛船樂園，簡直是帶娃家庭的福音！出了酒店就能沖進樂園瘋玩，省去了路上奔波的時間和精力。去海洋王國衹需乘坐短程的擺渡車即可，度假區周圍還有很多商圈購物，也靠近機場和高鐵站。讓人流連忘返給我留下了深刻的印象。前台、禮賓、客房員工態度都非常好，有問題都能及時解答。酒店位置優越，交通便利，出行無憂！

帶娃來長隆，住這家酒店真的省太多心了！我們選擇自駕出行，開車過來直接進入停車場，車位蠻多的，安保指揮得也很到位，停好車拎着行李進大堂，一進門就有工作人員熱情招呼，指引到前台辦入住，很貼心。大堂的香薰香味很好聞特舒服。工作人員還提醒樂園的開放時間，房間裏直接配了小童拖鞋和小浴袍，不用自己額外帶，細節太貼心了。酒店裡有好幾個母嬰室，換尿布、餵奶都很方便，還能免費借嬰兒床、小童護欄這些實用的東西，帶娃出門的裝備都省了。進了房間，空間是真夠大！格局也合理，寬敞明亮，通風特別好，一點不悶。地毯踩上去很柔軟，也很乾凈。 床墊躺着剛剛好合適很舒服，大堂的波波池孩子玩得不肯走，住客價格很划算，還送防滑襪，能讓娃盡情放電。吃飯也不用愁，有專門的小童檔口，菜都是孩子愛吃的口味，還有能看珊瑚的餐廳，邊吃邊看小魚，娃全程都很興奮。酒店離樂園超近，還有穿梭巴士，掐着點去玩就行，帶娃全程不費媽，必須強烈推薦，還會再來！
