Atour Hotel Zhuhai Lovers Road, Heatwave Bay Beach

Atour's service has always been top-notch, and this location is unbeatable. It's right across from the beach swimming area, which was perfect since we booked it specifically for our child to play in the sand. I added the front desk staff's WeChat when we checked in, and they were super responsive throughout our stay. For the price and service, it's really great. The 12th-floor restaurant offers amazing views of the beach and lighthouse, and they even have late-night snacks. There's also laundry on the second floor, which truly makes traveling with kids a breeze for moms.

This Atour hotel is located right along Lovers' Road, which is an excellent location. I used to stay here frequently when it was still Zhongbang, and since it became an Atour, I feel the service has improved even further. The front desk staff, in particular, are incredibly attentive and thoughtful, truly deserving of praise!

The charging outlets conveniently placed by the bed were a thoughtful touch, so I never had to search for a plug. The gym in the common area was well-equipped, and the laundry room was clean and tidy, making it super convenient for both business trips and vacations. The service was truly exceptional. From the warm greetings at the front desk when I checked in to the prompt assistance during my stay, I felt incredibly well taken care of. One time, we forgot our room key when we went out; after contacting the front desk, a staff member quickly brought it up with a constant smile, which really warmed my heart. The breakfast variety exceeded my expectations. There were plenty of Chinese options like steamed buns, congee, and fried dough sticks, as well as Western choices such as bread, coffee, and salads. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was fantastic; I could eat something different every day. The dining area was clean and bright, and tables were cleared promptly, so there was no waiting. What I found most satisfying was the cleanliness. The bed linen and duvet covers in the room were spotless, the floor was gleaming, and the bathroom's vanity and toilet were disinfected and completely odor-free. Even in the common areas like the corridors and elevators, I saw cleaning staff regularly tidying up, showing great attention to detail. This hotel truly excels in every aspect and offers incredible value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

The hotel's location is great, just a five-minute walk to the beach for sand-digging. The pastries are delicious; I particularly enjoyed the butter croissants. The two young ladies and the young man at the front desk were incredibly patient and warm. They were so kind to the kids, giving them toys and helping with package deliveries. The tea bar is a thoughtful touch with a wide variety of drinks. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Whenever I travel, Atour Hotels are always my first choice, and this time I opted for the one by the sea. The hotel facilities are very new, and the service is warm and prompt. The rooms are spacious, and it's just across the road from the beach, perfect for an early morning sunrise walk on the sand.
