這個酒店應該比較老了，是全季一貫的裝修風格，進門開始到辦理入住都還是比較順利，但是我不知道為什麼我明明定了含早餐的房間前台那邊沒有訊息，跟我説我的不含早餐，但是當時太晚了我沒注意，第二天早上發現讓前台補給我了。
第二就是衞生，房間的馬桶是有一股尿騷味的，我本人有十多年的鼻炎，嗅覺不太靈敏的。但是一進去衞生間我就聞到了，然後自己打掃了一下貼了一次性馬桶墊。並且順便看了一下酒店的毛巾，圖片我附上。一個是掛浴室門上的一個是放在架子上的， 但是一張破的一張拉絲。你們是覺得客户不用所以不會換新？這種程度的破損還能繼續放在酒店房間使用？
再次就是我打開房間空調的時候，很重一股味道，控制面板上“濾網”在閃爍，應該是很久沒有清洗過了。
我訂的是大學城的酒店第二天要考試的，中午會酒店準備休息一下的時候，房卡刷不上了，我又下樓去前台告知我過了十二點以後要重新錄入一下房卡才能使用。。。。我不知道系統這樣設定的初衷是什麼？需要二次錄入之前也沒有工作人員告訴我，這非常耽誤我本人的行程和時間安排。為什麼需要重新錄入，如果系統這樣設定是不是應該提前告訴我就不至於讓我再白跑一趟呢？因為當時下午還要考試，人非常疲憊時間也非常緊。但是這次入住體驗感真的很不好，方方面面。
早餐味道還不錯。

房間雖然已經5年了，但是保養得很好，各種設施都很新，尤其喜歡他家的噴淋，按鍵出水，不怕搞錯方向淋得滿身都是。酒店電梯刷卡即能直接顯示流程，避免了按不到的麻煩。房間的水很充足，管夠。但是房間的沐浴露是沒有鎖的，容易被顧客混東西進去。

第一天住的還行，第二天還有朋友過來，一早我就打電話給前台説要預留隔壁的房間，前台説留了隔壁的房間並且是有房號告知，然後我就在平台付款訂房了，並且前台和打電話來確認説隔壁房間在做美縫，要晚些才能入住，我説沒問題，到了晚上，給的卻是不同樓層的房間，我們跟前台説明情況，前台衹説上一班的人沒有交代，也不知道是推卸責任還是怎麼樣吧。我説那就換同樓層的房間，她説沒有，我説那看看怎麼處理怎麼補償，前台還是衹説沒收到。並且入住後，拖鞋都是臟的…
