Pro:
1) Check-in very efficient, took less than 10min. Initially only given one key card, but issued a 2nd one upon my request.
2) Double room very small, but has all the necessities---kettle, paper cups, hairdryer, slippers, hangers, toothbrush etc.
3) Nice shower cubicle with non-slip floor.
4) Daily room cleaning.
5) Breakfast was simple buffet (refer to pictures). There are 2 types of porridge with condiments. Soup noodles/dumplings cooked by request.
6) Front desk staff and cleaners are very helpful.
Con:
1) Double room is REALLY SMALL! Other rooms are big though. Would be helpful if the booking website provides info on the various room sizes.
2) One kitchen staff was terribly rude and bullying, and makes (negative) remarks about the hotel guests in their presence. Either she assumes all of us do not understand Cantonese, or she doesn't care if we do.
