Best Spa Hotel in Zhuhai

***ALWAYS MY FIRST CHOICE*** This is my second visit and the service still the best even in busy summer. As we are travelling with young kid and elderly, check in staff arrange room on the same floor and close to each other. Ben is very helpful, he helped me to arrange all transportation and recommend good place to go. Also arranged a cake and decorated the room for my husband’s birthday!!!The hotel located in a big shopping mall with many great activities, my families has a great time! Thank you and will definitely recommend to my friends.

Enjoy the room with outdoor hot tub. Having a taste of Onsen in Zhuhai. Overall impression is good but the service standard by F&B staffs could be enhanced. Thanks to the surprise arrangement by housekeeper after check-in. Overall speaking, the environment, hardware and food are great. 👍🏻

We booked the Snowhouse Family Room. There's an igloo toyhouse in the room which my son really loved. There are also a lot of other activities for children inside this hotel besides going to The Ocean Kingdom. The buffet dinner was a surprise to us because there were so many kinds of food and different seafood. I hope they could have Snowhouse Family Room with View (for seeing the firework) in the future coz we would love to see firework in the room after a long day.

This hotel was available of the three or four within the park area. There is a shuttle bus which takes you to the Chimelong spaceship and the amusement park. I bought a ticket for the spaceship and thought it was also for the amusement park, so that might have been a translation confusion. I think the area in general is a bit overpriced, but I also think the value of the amenities at this hotel were better than the rest of the hotels. I still walked around the other hotels. It reminded me of back home and Vegas going to Circus Circus. There are really nice pathways to walk around as well as a boat ride. The views and nature spots are found everywhere. I only gave a four on the cleanliness because I feel that some of the furniture is older, and I don’t understand what’s going on with the empty parking lot space outside of the window. One thing I did notice was a water bottle which was not sealed. Easy to miss from housekeeping because the cap was on tight. Also, even though I got the twin room, I didn’t have any children with me. There should probably be some rooms that are geared towards adults only. I referred the hotel to some friends with children where I live, but I don’t think it was necessary to have children slippers and bath robes and bathroom supplies. The whole area is designed for families, but occasionally there will be a solo traveler. I chose this hotel because there was a full bar inside of it with entertainment, and that was great. The lounge staff were amazing and attentive, aling with the buffet staff. I am suggesting more Buffet items without pork/meat. I think all hotels in this area should go down in price by about 200 RMB. There are so many people working there that it’s surprising things like check-in lines, water facility, furniture wear and tear, or updated QR codes on room service cards can be updated. Adding some basic beverages in the refrigerator, or sugar sweetener with the kettle are things that a hotel room priced over 1000 should have. Aside, all staff were on alert, and so were the characters and toy sale people. The shops were good with neccessities/souviniers. Beautiful place, but i did not swim in the water world. I took the ferry into the port specifically to see the spaceship area, and that was a pretty neat place with the food street despite an over the top ICBC stage. The Chill House on the water is also 2.6km away, so i had three good meals and drink sessions in the area. Personally, I would do some special marketing advertisement towards school employees in neighboring cities so they can see the area for weekends and field trip purposes.

I had a wonderful experience when my wife and I stayed at The St Regis Zhuhai. The overall atmosphere and renovation are great. High quality rooms and high quality service. The staff was incredibly helpful and consistently making sure we were comfortable. I must give credits to Joey Zhou, the Loyalty Manager and her staff Cora Huang of their working attitude and the smiling face.

Check-in 03 Sept 2023 | Standard King Room I chose a hotel in Zhuhai for my wife anniversary, but it rained heavily when we arrived in Zhuhai. Fortunately, the hotel is very close to Zhuhai Station. The guest relations director, Kelvin, has a very good service attitude. The room is clean and comfortable, equipped with a jewelry box, a cosmetic mirror, and a sewing kit Waiting for unexpected equipment, I didn’t have it when I stayed in other five-star hotels before. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym. If the gym is not used, I just go to the swimming pool to play. The size of the swimming pool is sufficient, and the water in the pool is also very clean. I feel that I can still see the sea when I look out , it is very beautiful! Order takeaway at night and you can have a robot to help you. Overall, the stay is very comfortable. I will come again next time~

The hotel is suitable located for customer who travel from Macau to Zhuhai. Travelling time from the entry port to the hotel is acceptable. The facilities of the hotel is good and well managed. Staff at the reception is friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel for visiting residents.

We went Yuwenchuen hot spring for celebrating birthday. The hotel did some simple decorations in our room. The concierge staff are all friendly and helpful. There are many different types of hot spring, eg herbal, salt, wine, coconut milk spring etc. that you should try. Our package came with some fireworks and games coupons. We didn’t buy the buffet dinner as we visited other places and dined outside. Suggest you to visit Jin Tai Si 金台寺、ya men 崖门海戰文化中心、old street 旧街。

Perfect location for visiting Macau, the room had a basic old style interior, however the room was clean and tidy. The staff were polite and after a slight confusion with the deposit, all ended well. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay, I will definitely use again in the further.

The hotel is a health and wellness hotel, with a special focus on health and leisure. There are not many breakfast categories, but it is very healthy and exquisite. It includes chicken soup, fish balls, rice noodles, fried eggs, fruits, bacon and asparagus, whole grains, etc. You can eat well and healthily. The hotel subverted my stereotype of Chinese-style decoration. For the first time, I felt that Chinese-style decoration could be so high-end and grand. We were traveling with a child and informed the guest room to add a small bed. Unexpectedly, even the extra bed used the same brand of mattress as the large bed. The waiter also followed very standardized and professional procedures when making the bed. There was no reason for this because it was an extra bed. Just take it lightly. The price of the room during the Spring Festival is higher, but it includes breakfast of 220 yuan/person and spa item of 350 yuan/person, which is relatively good value for money.
