The hotel is nice. I upgraded to a king bed room with river view. I feel that the decoration of the hotel has a Chinese aesthetic feel to my taste and is very cost-effective. Maybe it’s because of the five-star rating in third- and fourth-tier cities. I hope there is room for improvement in terms of service. (1) There is no robot to deliver the items you ordered. It is very inconvenient to go to the lobby to pick them up by yourself every time. (2) There is no bell boy to help carry the luggage, and the door is very heavy. It's not an automatic door, so I was hit twice when I entered and exited. (3) The lobby is a bit small; but overall it is good. I will stay here again next time I go to Zhuzhou
