家庭套房的房間很大，兩個衞生間也夠用。雖然是老酒店了，但內部各處都挺乾淨的，酒店位置在市中心，酒店北邊有條街飯館很多，燒烤，炒菜都有，酒店離幾個網紅景點都不遠，總體來説還不錯。

酒店外觀整體宏偉，車場大，但是假日入住車輛多而且無人安排，自由停放，有無空位全憑運氣。房間設施確實老舊，功能性的東西不好用了，前台和客房服務一般吧！最不滿意的就是熱水，15層熱水是温水，洗澡後感覺冷，反映給前台後稱入住人太多的原因，這種解釋有些牽強啊！總體不太滿意，以後不會選擇了。

酒店停車位挺多，房間寬敞，一家四口住足夠大且乾淨，晚上很安靜，物有所值。位置離八大局、海岱樓不算太遠，假期堵車，直接把車停酒店院裏了，外出打車很方便。

房間內的設施比較陳舊，不過還算乾淨，挺大一間的，就是前台騙人，我們説想要一間南向的房間，前台説這個房間很好，採光很好，結果一看根本不是，就是早上有一點陽光。

酒店在淄博主幹道，地理位置得天獨厚。酒店公共區域裝修用材十分考究，但是客房太老舊了，空調製冷效果不太理想。停車方便，停車場有家淄博燒烤夜市，很嗨皮！老闆很熱情，值得信賴！

衞生、服務還可以，就是設施有點陳舊，洗澡站在浴缸裏，浴缸排水慢，浴缸底部漏水，洗個澡滿地都是水，又是那種紙拖鞋，又怕滑又怕濕，真費勁。
