The hotel is centrally located and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent. The spa section was closed, which should have been mentioned at the time of booking.

五年前我住過這個酒店，一切都還是那麼好，環境好，所有的東西乾淨整潔，早餐很豐富，是我認為在綠山城這個小地方最好的酒店，推薦。

房間乾淨整潔，衞生很好，前台服務人員很友好，酒店位於市中心，城市不大，步行5分鐘可達鐘樓附近，用餐和購物都很方便。

All clean and in working order. Very nice jacuzzi and great sauna and steam room Superb breakfast – lots to choose from for any. I was missing labels for vegan/gluten free people though. Comfy beds, generous size of the room and fridge was quiet and working fine. My room was facing courtyard, and it was very quiet stay. Will come back again if I need to. Parking is semi basement and covered, but you need to walk 100 yards to front entrance. I was confused at first as didn’t know the way to the hotel from it and I went to restaurant which was not the hotel. I would definitely improve directional signage from the car park to the hotel’s reception – it was the stressing bit I’ve experienced.

I stayed for 2 nights on a business trip in July. Staff at the hotel are great and speak quite good English. Rooms are nice and comfortable reasonably modern. Only room issue was no hot water on the second morning so a cold shower! This was reported to reception. Breakfast was a let down , although there was a plant milk on each morning there was only hash browns as a vegan option on the first day and nothing at all on the second day. I asked the staff but nothing suitable in the kitchen , not even any beans for beans on toast. There are other hotels with better options.

Great hotel for business. Really clean and well presented. Service is excellent. Great bar and restaurant. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful. Very comfortable bed. Quiet and allows for great nights sleep. Modern decor and well maintained. Great value for money.

We basically enjoyed our stay at the Ruben, but somehow didn't feel at home. It began with check-in at front desk where the agent uttered not much more than "Hello" and our room number. The Comfort Room booked was indeed comfortable and spacious but totally lacked atmosphere. The mute staff at breakfast (good buffet, by the way) didn't add to a welcome feel. I am not expecting the sometimes over the top American cheerfulness, but they should really train their staff better in decent customer interaction.

Good hotel but some improvements could benefit the stay. Rooms and breakfast are good. The restaurant is also good but the room service could use some improvements. Front desk does what is needed/ required but friendliness is not a standard. The room service could improve.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit gut organisierter und hilfsbereiter Rezeption. Gut erreichbare Parkplätze in der TG oder auf dem Hoteleigenen Parkplatz. Restaurant sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und mit tollem Frühstücksbuffet. Wir kommen gerne wieder und würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
