本河源人第一次去，出行方便，下高速再走一段路就到了酒店。大堂服務滿意，工作人員熱情。房間很乾凈整潔，因為帶了孩子比較關注這個，衞生方面還是挺不錯的。温泉離住的不遠，第一個大池很熱鬧，很適合小朋友，往裡麪走還有很多不同的池，小家庭聚會也很合適，有自助熱水飲料零食，種類多。第二天的自助早餐也非常棒，湯粉推薦試試。總體來説值得一去。

趁着天氣不冷不熱的時候想泡泡温泉，去祛濕氣，最終做了攻略帶着家人朋友打卡了御臨門！温泉池挺多個，完全不怕人擠人和不夠池用的情況！還有汗蒸房，各種設施都很齊全，客房乾淨衞生，住的很舒適，窗外的風景很美，令人心情愉悦！包含的早餐自助也營養美味，種類挺多的食材乾淨衞生，河源米粉跟肉丸深得我心，酒店內有餐廳價格適合理，周邊的農家菜館離酒店也不遠，晚上時候還有煙花看，非常美，帶着家人朋友來挺合適的，都玩的很盡興而歸～

前台服務員很熱情，環境很好，房間衞生也好，温泉水質好。
需要改進的就是：在温泉區的服務員真的很無語，我們有小孩和大人，其中有一個女人不方便泡温泉當然不想着購票，就説進去看管小孩就算了，服務員説不買票就不能進，這點真的不能人性化處理一下嗎？就等於買票進去看管小孩。

酒店風景好，環境優美，房間以東南亞的風格
温泉就在住房裡麪進幾百米，走路3分鐘左右，温泉池有很多個，温度有高有低，各種温泉池
早餐是自助，，很豐盛，有很多都是喜歡吃的
酒店的服務一流，每個服務員態度都不錯，來這個酒店主要是温泉很正

酒店豪華大氣全部都是東南亞風格的，房間很大，衞生做的很乾凈，服務熱情，酒店當天的客人很多，工作人員忙而不亂，看來培訓的很好
温泉區的温泉讀書温度一直

景區特別大，看到很多建築和椰子樹，裏面很多樹都是熱帶植物，所以整個景區看起來就有點像泰國一些地區風格，河源的温泉也比較出名的，所以這裏的温泉真正天然温泉，泡了對皮膚很好，早上起來跑跑步。
