半夜下雪4點半到隨便找個酒店，沒想到是，前台服務很差，説4點過了還在訂房，給臉色看，服務特別惡劣，這種服務上班我也是搞酒店的，我建議老闆把人換掉，對生氣影響很大，第二天九點開家長會，不然我絕對投訴到旅遊局，每次看孩子我都住在梓潼文旅酒店房間非常好，服務也好，當天沒房了沒辦法，我是26號晚上4點半入住的顧客。在説衞生就不多説了，睡幾個小時將就一下到是沒關係，

國慶長假避開高速高峯車輛走國道找到的經典酒店，梓潼縣城算川北比較大的縣城，酒店裝修很新衞生乾淨，風格簡潔舒服，停車免費方便，周邊小吃多，假期房費一點都不貴，價格十分親民，節假日可以優先考慮繞道這裏體驗下。

住了十多年的酒店，最少也有2000次，這是第一次遇到，也是最不開心的一次，隔音效果也不好，早上吃早餐非要你給錢，平台上定了包含早餐的，到了餐廳，等着服務員又去前台確認，確認了還是説的沒有早餐，要吃就是要給錢，這就有點過份了吧，等到了退房，都還説是沒有的，説是**，我不管誰的問題，總不是我的問題吧，其實遇到問題，正面解決問題不是就對了嗎，第一次差評給了吧。

黑心店，1點退房也是很奇葩，業內都是兩點之前。提醒的時候也沒説。超了半小時就加收半天房費。以前還經常住，算是老客户了，以前從沒出現過這種情況，酒店管理越來越差，房間不隔音、非常吵！前台服務人員換了一茬又一茬，梓潼縣最黑的酒店，沒有之一！大家不要圖便宜了，容易被坑！
