我有充電線忘記帶充電頭 想讓前台提供一個充電頭 前台回覆我沒有充電器和充電頭 如果需要充電可以掃前台的有償充電寶！！ 大半夜的沒辦法衹能掃一個 結果第二天早上退房36塊充電費 ！ 住酒店200塊 充電36塊 😅😅😅

酒店在校園內，早餐與學生同堂，早餐好像是外包的，每天早餐都差不多同樣的。園內服務於學生的店鋪也多。住宿期間來了團體客，包了很多房間，晚上敞開房門大聲喧嘩，影響其他客人休息，投訴前台進行幹預，結果卻被酒店工作人員建議換房或減免房費，對團體客所作所為聽之任之，沒有基本原則。因娃已入睡，半夜沒法換房，就暫且答應酒店減免房費。第二天退房提起此事時，前台啥都不知，讓前台又聯繫了當晚工作人員，結果給兩張園內水上樂園遊園票説是最大彌補，被我方斷然拒絕。酒店出爾反爾缺乏誠意，對於團體客利益優先，就可以肆意犧牲其他住客的權益，違背了基本的商業道德，最後投訴攜程平台才得解決。這是一次很差的住宿體驗
