Vienna International Hotel (Zixing New Area)

The hotel is very close to Dongjiang Lake and Gaoyiling, making it convenient for sightseeing. The room facilities are also very new, and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended! The breakfast is also plentiful.

The service was excellent. The young man at the front desk helped upgrade my room, and the receptionist was also very kind, polite, and always smiling. There's a park right next door with a large lake and beautiful scenery. Ctrip provided breakfast, but it was only for one person. 酒店位置很好，在資興市區，周邊餐飲豐富，假日趕早不會堵車，離高椅嶺、小東江景區都是15分鐘車程。酒店乾淨衞生，房間很大。早餐有本地特色食品，就是品種有點少，五一人多，補貨不及時也沒辦法，健身房、洗衣房配備齊全，淋浴水量大温度適合，節日房間價格實惠，性價比很高，值得推薦！

清明節回老家，第二次入住。酒店位置優越，近東江湖與市區，出行便捷 。歐式裝修典雅大氣，客房寬敞乾淨，床品舒適 。智能客控、機器人服務貼心，早餐豐富，還有免費洗衣房與停車場 。前台熱情，服務周到，性價比高，是遊東江湖、商務出行的優選，整體體驗很棒。最大的套間體驗給滿，工作人員也很熱情，每次駕車從地庫出來需要前台掃個碼。

設施可以達到四星級水平，衞生給一個星都嫌多，到處是塵埃，不敢想象被子到底多久換一次。接待的客服專業水平非常一般，我們剛從全季酒店住完，完全不在一個檔次上。還有烘乾機，把我的衣服都烘壞了，我現在都不知道為什麼會這樣，兩件衣服，一條褲子都染色了，而且顏色都不是我衣服的顏色。總得來説，這次入住體驗很一般，衞生不合格。

房間衞生很差 住了兩三天讓服務員換床單被罩服務員直接把我們用過的翻一面再繼續給我們用，污漬還在上面把客人當**呢，跟服務員反映了也沒用就是擺爛愛咋咋，服務態度超級不好 反映的問題不會解決衹會推卸責任，把客人當猴耍踢來踢去
