This place really matches my style! The staff were so welcoming and friendly. They proactively called me beforehand to confirm my arrival time and even sent a parking location – and there was plenty of parking available. The hotel is located in the Bailang area, which is a non-core scenic spot, so it's less crowded. I really appreciate this kind of quiet atmosphere. The hotel's food was good too. If you want to eat out, it's about a 10-minute drive to nearby restaurants, and you can walk to Dongjiang Lake in about 5 minutes. Overall, I had a great experience; it’s a perfect spot to soak up the sun and relax. My only suggestion is that some of the facilities are a bit run-down and could use some timely repairs.

The guest rooms are expansive and open, with carefully selected, exquisite materials, and quality is evident in every detail. The service throughout my stay was attentive and thoughtful. The staff were warm, polite, professional, and meticulous, responding promptly to all requests, which made for a very comfortable experience. Both the hardware facilities and the soft services were impeccable. I felt completely at home and had an excellent experience. I will definitely prioritize this hotel for future trips and highly recommend it!

There are many specialty restaurants and small vendors not far away. Service: Every need is treated with care, with thoughtful reminders and consideration. Due to my carelessness, I booked two rooms for one night instead of two nights. The store handled it quickly according to my needs and upgraded us to a larger room with better layout and wider view for free. I deeply felt the joy of being valued! Thankful for the encounter! The breakfast is delicious and the restaurant is also good! I think it is as good as Chef Fei's and tastes more authentic; Take a boat trip on the lake, which is very close to the hotel; The cycling greenway next to the hotel is also very pleasant for a walk; The staff here make people feel comfortable, giving people a sense of warmth and peace of mind when returning home; If you are in the Greater Bay Area and can really drive to Dongjiang Lake, stay at this hotel; The quality of the bedding and supplies is very good. It should be a high-standard hotel in the local area. The rooms are simple and comfortable, the environment and hygiene are of high standards, and the scenery is beautiful. It is particularly worth mentioning that the ladies at the front desk showed their constant care and attention before, during and after check-in, as well as tea breaks and light night drinks. It was really feeding us. It happened to be the rainy season, so I didn't have a serious time and only stayed for one night. I will definitely have a serious time in Dongjiang Lake next time.

Not only did she handle the check-in process quickly and carefully, but she also had a warm smile and was polite, which was truly heartwarming.
