Ramada Encore Hotel

Booked this place last minute and what a find! Honestly, it exceeded my expectations. It's clean, tidy, and the service is excellent. Amazing value for money, and I've already recommended it to all my friends!

The location is fantastic, surrounded by tons of great food options – you can just head downstairs and hit up all sorts of local snacks. It's super convenient for getting around, eating, drinking, and having fun, all in one spot. Really hassle-free! The stay itself was lovely too; it was clean, hygienic, and the facilities and service were all excellent.

The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the bathroom had no unpleasant odors. There was plenty of hot water, and all the amenities were readily available. The air quality was good, and it was quiet at night. Overall, a great stay!

Upon check-in, I received a complimentary room upgrade. The room was beautifully laid out, spacious, and bright, with everything spotlessly clean. The price was very reasonable too, truly a great find! All the usual amenities were available, plus 24-hour front desk service. Highly recommended!

A very bad experience. The hotel is dirty everywhere. There is no service at all. The air conditioner is not allowed to be turned on in the hot and stuffy room in May. The front desk said she was cold and rolled her eyes. Be careful when entering the pit. It's so bad.

There are stains everywhere on the pillows and quilts in the room. The sound insulation of the room is also very poor. The bathroom sink only has hot and cold water. I haven't stayed in such a bad hotel in a long time.

The room was clean and hygienic. The air conditioner was especially powerful. I went to several places in Hunan in April and the air conditioners did not work. Only this one worked, which was very comfortable. The front desk lady also helped to upgrade the room type for free, which was very considerate.
