Szépia Bio & Art Hotel is an average hotel with the minimum comfort of a 4* hotel. I’d say it’s rather a 3*+. The hotel is clean and quiet, the staff helpful, the food delicious and the wellness section OK (not comparable to other bigger 4* wellness hotels but when it comes to price/value ratio, Szepia hotel would win). The wellness part has an open door pool, which is definitely a pro but the indoor part is rather small for the size of the hotel. It must be too crowded on a winter long weekend. However, I do have few annoyances to report: minibar fridge was hell noisy. The fitness room is small and not well equipped, I missed the paper towels.

The front desk lady was excellent. When the restaurant charged me for breakfast by mistake, she made an extra effort to refund me the money. Very impressive, I really enjoyed the stay.

L hotel nel complesso non è male ma per il posto in cui si trova è caro. Praticamente è immerso nel nulla per km non c’è nient altro che campagna. Se di arriva interno come nel mio caso, si è obbligati a prendere la navetta dell’ hotel ed gli spostamenti che non è economica ma comoda. Camera minuscola, internet un disastro la Wi-Fi è inesistente. Ho provato a risolvere con la reception ma purtroppo non c’è verso e solo per un giorno mi hanno offerto la boarding room per lavorare il resto della settimana è stato un incubo. In reception non parlano inglese ma solo ungherese per fortuna una signora parlava almeno un po’ di italiano ma non abbiamo risolto nulla li stesso. La colazione pessima nulla di dolce, niente latte da avena niente gluten free, nonostante L ho fatto notare non hanno comunque provveduto a fornire qualcosa per le intolleranze. Cena non male a la cart poca scelta ma la carne buona. La cena inclusa al buffet niente di che è di adatto a chi ha intolleranze. La struttura ha una piscina interna e una esterna che non mi sembravano male.

Sehr gutes Hotel vor Budapest, mit ausreichend Parkplätze, großen Wellnessbereich, in sehr ruhiger Lage mit einer guten Küche. Man wurde sehr herzlich empfangen und es war alles vorbereitet. Mein E-Auto konnte ich unkompliziert laden.

A foglalásban fel volt tüntetve a szobához tartozó erkély, de tetőtéri szobát kaptunk. Jeleztük ezt, elnézést kértek és azonnal kaptunk egy erkélyes szobát. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A wellnessben az élménymedence lehetne kicsit melegebb. Negatívum, hogy este 8 körül már nem volt meleg víz a zuhanyzóban.
