Reviews of Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, St Peters, MO

I reserved a room for my brother there. He did not enjoy his stay. He found a total of six roaches in the room. He took pictures of three of them. He caught one and took it to the front desk. The room was booked for two nights. However, after finding roaches of different sizes in the room (some by the desk and three in the bathroom (see pictures below), my brother and his friend checked out of the room immediately. He was informed that it would take about 2-3 days for me to get a refund for one night's stay. It's day 3, so I expect to see a credit to my card today. I will say my uncle happened to stay at the hotel at the hotel around the same time and stated he did not have any issues.
