前台的小姐姐，實在有點不太恭維。訂的雙床房，晚上10點左右到的，結果上去一看，是一張榻榻米。我一家四口，兩大兩小，叫我怎麼睡。打電話給前台，説是房間緊張，抱歉。我的個去，再緊張，你也不能把我訂好的雙床改成榻榻米呀。電話裏發了脾氣，過了十幾分鍾，又下樓到前台去催，才換了間雙床房。前台沒一點道歉的意思，還問我怎麼沒把榻榻米房間的房卡拿下去。我忍不住又飆了，我小女兒是我老婆抱着在睡的，把房卡給你，你讓他們往哪裡去。總之，這次的體驗很差勁。
