A very bad check-in. First of all, the two ceiling lights in the room are broken, and basically no one cares about you after check-in. All the complaints and suggestions and requests, the answer given by the waiter is to please you, let it die. ; Sheets and quilts are also damp, in short a very disgusting stay

自駕游到苟壩，入住楓香苑，前台接待很熱情專業，房間很大很乾凈整潔舒適，整個酒店處在大庭園之中，很有格調。停車場停車很方便。餐廳可以點餐，挺方便的。003號保安熱情的幫助我們解決了洗車、飲用瓶裝水的困難，讓我們兩位長者感覺像到了家一樣。要給楓香苑全五星好評！

楓香苑挺好的，入住很順利，看我帶着父母過來，非常感謝王經理很熱心的幫我們升級和協調了房間，幫我們調整成複式房，可住4人，一家人正好住在一起，非常方便，房間各方面設施都挺好，十一我們在楓香苑住了3個晚上，周邊環境很好，晚上也休息的不錯，白天可以到旁邊苟壩紅色文化旅遊景區逛逛，非常的不錯，特別適合修身養性。酒店基本設施都挺齊全。早餐種類適中，可以再完善一些。衞生各方面管理還需繼續盡善盡美。整體來説可以的，下次還會再過來。也希望楓香苑在未來的經營中管理各方面都越來越完善，未來越來越好❤

住宿地方風景好！早餐不行，多增加早餐品種。增加交通班次，現在去那裡除了跟團外，不方便坐車，最好私家車出遊。下圖為附近風景。

特別要誇一誇酒店路面的保安大哥。我們定的是是獨棟別墅中的兩間，保安大哥熱心的給我們帶路。由於其中一間需要更換，保安大哥又跑腿幫我們換房卡。晚上吃飯回來，保安大哥拿着手電在酒店門口等我們，説天黑送我們到別墅門口。第二天早上起來，看見保安大哥在保潔環境，好奇他是不是打兩份工，他靦腆的説，保潔要晚點上班，他也就幫着多做一點。離開酒店時，汽車電瓶出問題，保安大哥幫忙找人來救援，一直陪着我們等車修理好。期間陪我們聊天解悶個。酒店有這個熱心的保安大哥，酒店服務變得更温暖了。

從外部環境來説作為鎮裏的酒店也還是不錯的，可能在擴建停車場，略微有點雜亂不堪，整體是園林似的風格，小橋流水，亭台樓閣，還看見水邊有人在圍爐煮茶。我們選擇的是複式套房，上面寫可入住四人，想着長者，小孩一個套間足夠，但這個套間比較坑人，上面一個閣樓（榻榻米的床）我第一次見套間衹有一個衞生間，樓梯口很窄，胖點的人估計上樓困難，肯定不適合長者或太小的孩子樓上住的，一家人就一個樓下的衞生間和洗浴間，非常不方便。我覺得這樣的情況就不應該定位套房。另外閣樓的燈衹能在樓梯口開關，閣樓完全沒有另一個備用，關燈再上樓需要手機照亮，這是不人性化的一面。房內有中央空調也有櫃式空調，這點相較好，冷熱可自動調節，畢竟早晚有温差。早餐太單一，作為這類型的度假酒店，一碗粉和雞蛋，連麪條都沒有選擇，關鍵是把所有的粉都放在開水鍋裏煮了放起，由客人自己撈粉。可能覺得我們是續住，衞生打掃得很馬虎，這點就忽略不計吧
