NO AIR CONDITIONING. Small rooms. Friendly staff. Okay location. Nothing fancy. Just the bare minimum. Tiny TV. Fan’s available. Nice people. Just okay.

The stay in this hotel was a terrible experience! The hotel has a decent location in Zurich, but the staff was extremely rude and service was always horrible. Breakfast options were OK. Room was dusty and dirty.

Super-quite and super-clean room (that quiet that I thought that we were only guests there, but turned out the hotel was full). Friendly area with tram stop near by. Tasty,various breakfasts. Helpful staff.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind, Monika was wonderful. The locale was perfect with trams extremely close. The walls are a bit thin, hearing the people next door talking endlesly, other than that, no problems.

We stayed in this hotel with our family during a few days and various circumstances were there that made us difficult guests; elderly lady, wishes regaring accessiblity and circumstances. All were acted upon with great help. Even when we had to leave early the hotel-team we nothing but helpfull. TEAM THANK YOU VERY MUCH...

Good price and ok location. Aside from that, there wasn’t really anything to be happy about. The personnel was generally absent. If not physically (yes, that happened now and then on daytime), then mentally. I got the impression that they wanted as little to do with people as possible. The rooms themselves were as advertised but quite run down. Sorry guys.
