The hotel is within 15mins walking distance from Zurich HB. Due to the complexity of the road and direction of Zurich. The hotel location seem difficult to locate within instance. Next, the hotel has a space limited lift in built. The counter was helpful and friendly during our stay in hotel. Definitely something every travellers looking.

Location was quite far away from Zurich HB Train Station, about 18 minutes by walking. Room is average. Services of the Check-in & Check-out were not satisfactory, the man was inpolite. The Hotel was small with no more facilities.

It was too noisy at night. There’s a bar downstairs that was blasting loud music with a heavy beat. I dozed off a bit, but there was no sign of it stopping even by 1 a.m. I called the front desk, and they came up to my room. However, they said there was nothing they could do, handed me a pair of earplugs, shrugged, and left. The thumping beat went on until 6 a.m. I couldn’t get any proper rest, which completely ruined my plans for the next day. I was groggy and exhausted throughout the day.

Not bad, location is quite good behind there is a coop supermarket walk around 10min to Zurich HB , a bit scary because in the middle of the night some one don't know who knock the door, so for those who travel alone especially girl, pls be aware, overall is quite good.

We seriously do not recommend others to stay in this hotel based on the following reasons. 1. The room is VERY DIRTY. There are some insects crawling in our bed. 2. The sofa is seriously damaged and the room looks very old without any useful amenities. 3. The toilet door is not WATERPROOF and you will get water everywhere in the toilet even when you are being super careful during bathing. 4. The hairdryer is STUPID. It is fixed at the bottom of the cabinet in the toilet and it is literally impossible to dry your hair comfortably without stooping yourself. Also, the hot water supply was not stable as the water turned very cold occasionally. Overall, we wish we had not booked this hotel although the hotel staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early in the morning. You have better choices in Zürich for hotels with similar prices.

The hotel is so clean, the staffs are very nice, kind and friendly . Excitingly they welcome you with their warm and Bright smile. The hotel perfectly is located Near to the train station and other touristic areas.

In general the hotel was fine. Not loud, despite being in the bar district. But the bathroom ventilation wasn’t good, and the shower had a faint moldy smell. There was also no kettle in the room, and no amenities like a razor, toothbrush, etc.

Really good place, well located - close to Europaalee. The hotel was nice, with really kind personnel. Clean, quiet, good price for this quality. The hotel also has an option to use underground parking space in a building close to the hotel, however if you stay for Sunday, you can easily find a parking spot close to the hotel as well.

Trip Inn Zurich Hotel is a cheap budget hotel which met our expectation for a simple accommodation. Also, the supermarket is just around the corner. However, we can’t seem to have an option not to have the staff from coming in to clean our room whenever we are out for an activity. We prefer to have more privacy as we do keep some of our less important belongings in the room. Overall, it is a good experience.

The day of my arrival is Saturday, never expected Zurich is such a city never sleep, from train station to the hotel, each 10 meter a club or bar, young people stand in line waiting for entrance, strong electric music tempo cover the whole street, event the hotel walls are resounding over the midnight, lucky me I bring my earplugs. Additional breakfast is CHF$16.

I’ve stayed in quite a few places this place takes the biscuit. Please bear in mind I was staying for 2 nights. Firstly said upon arrival I wasn’t booked in, error on system. That’s ok all sorted. I stayed the first night I went travelling for a few hours with a do not disturb tag on door upon my return I had no access to my room. Noticing this I went downstairs to the receptionist on duty, They had entered and bagged my items which I had left and therefore I had to get a new room due to an ERROR on there system. I went into the new upgraded room which cleanliness decided to avoid. As morning arose I went through my belonging properly only to notice they hadn’t even put in my toothbrush nor toothpaste, therefore I had to go down to receptionist again. To say I’m dissatisfied is an understatement. The service and acknowledgement was ridiculous. I honestly do not recommend this place for anyone staying in Zurich.
