It was a clean hotel and beautiful. The breakfast is not good And the rooms are too cold. I asked three times to turn the cooling system for my room off.

It is great that I selected this hotel and really beyond my expectation.

Pleasantly surprised with the friendly service received at the reception. Breakfast was good, especially the mini croissants and the fresh butter and cheese. Would advise you make it clear to the staff on your eggs order as one would offer you plain scrambled egg while the other would ask if you prefer to add on ingredients. Location is good, there is a shortcut to the train station from the back of the hotel. Room design could be improved but no complaints. All in all, I am thankful the service was warm and that really matters to me.

The night view from the pool upstairs is absolutely stunning, but unfortunately, photography isn't allowed.

It's puzzling that the hot spring wasn't included in the room rate. It would have been better if the hot spring time could have been extended a bit.

A beautifully restored former beer hall with excellent proximity to many attractive sites and restaurants in Zurich. Rooms are clean and well designed; the lobby and library/dining facilities are elegant; service is exemplary. The hotel meets all my requirements for a well run and problem-free stay. Highly recommended for business or leisure travelers alike.

I had an excellent stay at the B2 Hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, and the room was exceptionally comfortable. Everything from the amenities to the overall atmosphere felt top quality. A truly premium experience in Zurich that I would highly recommend!

The B2 Hotel exceeded my expectations. From the unique history and beautiful setting to the friendly service, excellent breakfast, enjoyable fitness classes, thoughtful mini bar, and delightful dinner experience, I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the location is amazing. It is only about a 10 minute walk to the train station, which was very convenient. One thing worth mentioning for guests arriving with luggage is that the hotel is slightly up a hill, so the walk can be a little challenging with heavier bags but it is absolutely manageable and well worth it for the location. I would definitely return and would be happy to recommend B2 Hotel to others.

As a reading retreat host and travel advisor, I stayed at the hotel to get a feel for what it would be like to bring a group here. The welcome made a wonderful first impression. After traveling all night, we were greeted by Amrita (I hope I have her name right), who invited us to sit and enjoy welcome drinks while she prepared our documents and room keys. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. We were able to get a great nap in after traveling all night. Everyone we met was warm and helpful. Leo took great care of us while we waited for our ride to the airport. I also want to thank the concierge with a beard whose name I’ve forgotten. He gave us a list of restaurants in Zermatt, and we had an excellent meal at Le Gitane. Please pass along my thanks to him and the rest of the team. We plan to enjoy the spa during our next visit!

Stayed two nights on an interrail trip round Europe. Every bit as good as the reviews say it is. Unusual building very friendly and supremely helpful staff. Good restaurant and excellent breakfast. Nice big room with large windows and a good view. Expensive but worth it!

Start of road trip around Switzerland and Italy. Awesome hotel, baths are very good. Second time I’ve stayed, last time was 12 years ago.

This was our 4th visit to B2 and it was as good as ever. Particular mention to Karim and Tom in the restaurant for their friendly and attentive service. B2, please keep doing what you do!

We had a wonderful stay at B2 Hotel Zürich, made especially memorable by the incredible staff. We arrived late and stressed after dealing with delayed baggage, and Kurt immediately made us feel welcomed and taken care of. He was wonderful at check-in and continued to make sure we were okay throughout our stay. We were also in Zürich during 95°F heat, and the team graciously handled our many requests for fans and ice! Most special of all, they went above and beyond decorating our room to celebrate our son’s 18th birthday AND high school graduation. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made a huge milestone for us even more memorable. Thank you especially to Kurt and all of the Guest Ambassadors for your kindness and hospitality. You truly made our stay special!

B2 Hotel is a nice experience. Very well located in a very calm neibourghood at 15' walking from center, the hotel has nice rooms, friendly staff and a very cool atmosphere!
